Friendly staff

Very poor sound insulation. There was a 2 cm gap under the door to the room, so I could hear everything that was going on in the hallway, including other guests and cleaning staff. Fire (or other) alarm went off 5-6 times. Breakfast quality was average.

Bathtub did not have any grab bars… very slippery tub and very dangerous.

The room was large and comfortable, also the bathroom. Comfy bathrobes and slippers, was nice..Breakfast can be better :-(

Location is great, close to the metro station and several bus stops, so you can easily reach any attractions. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable - a fair price-quality ratio. Facilities were great. We had everything we needed.For lunch or dinner, we highly recommend trying out Lidia Restaurante & Bar - it's only a few minutes away from the hotel and their pork cheeks and lime tart are to die for :)

Enough space for everything

There are no any hanger in bathroom. Hard to find the hotel parking.

The rooms are comfortable and clean.

The food, both in the bar and the breakfast buffet, was noticeably different from past stays. The bar meals were overpriced for the poor quality of the food. Only the fruit on the breakfast buffet was good. Other items, hot and cold, were not pleasant tasting.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.The rooms were nicely furnished and plenty of space for two traveling friends.

clean and comfortable room and bathroom with bidet (yaay!) . tey welcome guests with chocolates on pillows and free water in glass bottles.. much appreciated.

Air conditioning. Air conditioning panel was old and hard to use. Room was very warm and uncomfortable. Staff at the bar doesn't charge water to the room and make you pay by card or cash

The room is amazing and very clean.Location is Ok has metro station Parque across the street and lot a buses. The City bus tours terminal is located at 3 minutes woking in Marques de Pomball largo

The WiFI is a little slow

The hotel has a nice location.

My room was situated in a floor below the reception (floor 3) and the corridor to the room smelled like mold.Also the room had just one little window, therefore the amount of light in the room was very limited.I only stayed for 2 nights, otherwise I would have asked for room change.

My genuine opinion about that 4 star hotel I am not happy as clients first of all at theReception I was with my friends and one person they way the person talk my friends it’s really disrespectful the person sound was very rude there were my guests they don’t have no right to talk them it really unprofessional I wasn’t even talking to that person I was dealing with with someone one also they person came form no where then at night time I called in the reception for a pair of slipper but the person told me I should go downstairs to get it I was so disappointed that how they treated there client then they claiming 4star hotel I am sorry to tell it’s so unprofessional and I will not going give one star and not going recommend no one.

The place was clean. Close to the metro and situated in a really good area. The hotel provided basic necessities like slippers, shampoo etc.

The frequent power cut leaving the room dark.

Convenient location, nice breakfast, very clean.

No designated smoking area. Even though the hotel informs, that towels and bed linen are only changed upon customer request, they are changed everyday anyway. Not necessary and not eco friendly. Loud train nearby, which can be heard even with closed window.

It was close to the conference venue and price was reasonable with breakfast included.

The rooms are very clean and hygienic. The rooms are not very big but it’s just enough.

The breakfast was not really good. Not a lot of options and food quality not optimal. Staff was not as friendly as they were at the check in counter. The breakfast place was loud and too small which made it feel very busy and not comfortable.

Clean, near by metro n bus station

AC has been broke down for near 2 week. I stayed 5 days and it was too hot and couldn’t sleep at night. My room was on 10th floor. I opened window to cool down the room, but it was very noise from the street. I didn’t have pleasant stay

The amenities are great, and the rooms are very clean.

The room was very warm at night even though it was cool outside.
