The room was mice.

This is not a hotel at all, it?s a guesthouse, a 2 star one at that. Plus, all the noise from the trains, trams , buses, cars, and people next to my window, made it impossible to sleep.

Location, close to everything! Breakfast buffet was good!

I’ve stayed at Lisbon Arsenal Suites twice already, and each time has been an absolute joy. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Lisbon and perfect for exploring the city on foot, and the staff is truly outstanding.Everyone was genuinely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. It made the whole experience feel personal and effortless.If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, warmth, and an amazing location, I can’t recommend Lisbon Arsenal Suites enough. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

The location and the staff was incredible. The location is super near both the center and the coast line. Very near sight attractions and the staff were super nice and attentive.

It gave the feeling it was dirty the rooms have a weird set up and there is not much light

The location was close to the city center. We were able to walk to most of the stuff we did. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Air conditioning worked great.

The bed was two beds pushed together. There was an interesting smell.

Centrally located. You can reach easily everything on foot. Friendly stuff, clean rooms and good breakfast!Close to the train station.

Breakfast a little more expensive than the average i would say. But the buffet offers a good variety.

This location cannot be beat. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small but perfectly serviceable for what we needed, which was a place to sleep. The only downside was that the windows did not block any sound at all. The trams going by and people outside yelling late into the night sounded like the windows were wide open-not really any sound dampening from the windows at all.

If I could rate it lower than a one I would. Would not recommend this place….horrible.

Worst hotel. Asked for an iron, was told another guest has the iron, check back next day. We had to ask for towels every single day. The bathroom door is eroded and does not open and close. The lighting is so dim, the sheets and blankets were like used clothing and the ac it on a timer that shuts off when you fall asleep only to wake up feeling hot to turn it back on again.

The description states "View on the inside courtyard", this specific room has a street view on a busy street. It was clear that they were accommodating us to another room. The replacing room had a smaller bed, the mattress had seen better days, there was no mattress cover ans sheets had a hole in them. 1 physical key for this room (no magnetic key),. We were asked to leave the key at the front desk in order to get the room done (!). The AC works 1 hr at the time, ie you have to restart it several times during the night for comfort. Surrounding rooms (down, up and next) activities were perceptibles at any time of the day and mostly night. Street is reserved only to Public transportation and taxis. No Uber, no Bolt, allowed. Would have been nice to know ahead of time.

The room was perfect and good value. Breakfast each morning was the perfect boost for sight seeing. The staff were all great… even when I overflowed the coffee maker.

The location is perfect in the city center. All important sights are in walking distance. Room has all relevant and necessary basic items. Welcoming and supporting staff
