Pros +
- That the lobby/reception is open 24/7 and there is always someone at the desk.
- We had a private room with a sink and it was very nice. The hostel is clean and friendly.
- Close to the gay district and bars and clubs. Some beautiful views for taking photosVery friendly and accommodating staff They have a ball pit!!!! Great area for socialising with other guestsIt was very clean
Cons -
- No dresser or table in the room. private room only had a bed, chair and sink. Tried to come into the room every morning, need a do not disturb sign. VERY loud, thinnest walls, it sounded like people were in our room could hear every sound almost amplified
- Could have more breakfast options.
- The beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable and the room was cold enough that I needed a second blanket. The bathroom could do with a place to put your belongings while you shower because you have to put them on the floor

Great staff, super friendly and helpful
There was a strong artificial scent, especially in the bathrooms, but that is being nit-picky, it was a great stay and great value.
Well located and clean. Nice vibes, spacious and big spaces. I stayed in a single room and shared bathroom and it was comfortable and I rested well.
Some staff, not all, were not that friendly. But the nice people made it up for everything :)If you hate stairs this is not a place for you, I didn't mind.
Had a lovely time, the staff is super helpful and easy-going. Thank you Quentin and Quaresma!
Very good price, spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and breakfast included.
The apartment is very noisy, there is no heating, and right in front of the door there were some homeless people living there. We also had a few cockroaches
Good location amazing staffs
Bathroom
The location is slightly better.
The sleeping pods are like coffins. made of wood. If the weather is hot, no way you can survive in it. Only one washroom shared by 10 people in a room.
Position
No eggs at breakfast.4th floor with no lift.No hairdryer. Luggage storage not included, but extra.
The staff were always friendly and helpful
They charge to store the luggage, I think it loses a little the essence of a hostel. They could immediately let them know on the platform the fee
Disappointing
I was very disappointed with my stay at this hostel.I didn’t really enjoy it — I think the hostel is poorly located, and the staff were probably the most disappointing part. They seemed cold and uninterested, with no communication about what was going on nearby or about the activities offered by the hostel.Overall, I really didn’t enjoy the experience, and I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this place.
En-suite bathroom for the room and little terrace.
How crowded the beds were and a bit confusing to navigate.
The pool table was awesome ! Cheap drinks, and the staff was super kind
Great place to meet people and explore lisbon
The nights on weekends where very noisy inn the room if ur trying to sleep but thats hostel life
Very friendly staff, free baggage drop off and good location.
The fact that the upper bunk beds in the dorms don’t have curtains is misleading when booking…no privacy and hard to go up there. The bathrooms could also use some renovation. The smell in the rooms was also unpleasant.
Very good
When you close the door from the bedroom, there is no way in getting inside unless you set a password. So when a friend went to sleep earlier, i had to knock and wake them up to get in. And overall old building with old doors so can be loud sometimes. Flat is on the ground floor and homeless people are in front on the streets, which feels a bit unsafe sometimes when they’re fighting
it’s well located and the common area is clean. Johnny, the front desk agent, was the highlight of my stay! His politeness and kindness were the good part of it.
Two showers and three toilets for our floor (around 26 women). For 2 days one of the toilets was broke and clogged. I told them many times about it. Rooms are INSANELY hot. Fan doesn’t work properly so it’s really hard to sleep because you’re dying and sweating. Had horrible nights there, however, the last one was the worse. The night receptionist went to our FEMALE room (I was sleeping in little clothes because it was crazy hot) and he started talking out loud with some other guest and walking around the room. For about 5 minutes he was chatting in the room (2:30 in the morning). Me and other guests begged for him to lower his voice cause we wanted to sleep and he didn’t! Got worse when I tried to complain with the morning agent and he totally disregard it. So all good, a man can walk into a female room in the middle of the night and speaks loudly as much as he wants, waking people up.

Very poor
The hostel is not pleasant, a lot of noise coming from the street, the beds in the dormitory are stuck together, it was like sleeping with the girl beside me. Very weird. People at the entrance not that nice. No hot water to get a shower.
