I liked the 24/7 staff that was present at the hotel lobby. We were looking for a hotel last minute after an unexpected cancellation, and Rossio Garden Hotel saved us from homelessness. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The amenities were good and included body soap, shampoo, towels, and extra blankets. The check in and check out process was easy.
The room was very warm, even with the air conditioning unit on. The shower leaked water every time it was used and would soak the floor. The hair dryer worked intermittently.
Great location. Very clean room. Nice towels. Comfortable bed.
We stayed in four different hotels while in Portugal and this hotel was by far the nicest for this price point. WE were supposed to stay just one day but I got sick and needed to stay two extra days. At first we were told the hotel was full but the staff immediately found a way to accommodate us. The staff was very kind and helpful to provide everything we needed including securing a doctor. Special shout out to Ines Branco at the front desk who coordinated much of the support and regularly asked about my well being
No complaints

The advert mentions parking available but does not specify that it’s a public parking at 37.5 euros per day.
Great location, nice and helpful staff, and clean hotel.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The staff were truly outstanding—friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. For the quality of service and comfort provided, this hotel offers great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
Clean, efficient, well located and well priced.
Not applicable - all good.
The location was perfect very close to everything, to the principal avenues, fancy stores, plazas, etc modern installations, nice and welcoming
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Just the perfect spot - close to all the important Lisbon historical landmarks/hotspots yet tucked away in a quiet alley away from the busier noises of downtown Lisbon. Breakfast was phenomenal as well & reasonably priced. In fact, their always hot Pastel de Nata is surprisingly one of the BEST I've tasted all week!!! The room itself was great as well. AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH!!! I accidentally left my important U.S. documents plus some Euros & American dollars sitting on my table for the day - and the maid never stole any of it. I truly appreciate that so much that I actually tipped her for that effort - and for keeping my room so clean all week.
By no means it's Rossio Garden Hotel's fault, but the new hotel that's across the street is still under construction. All that banging noises make eating outside (at the nearby restaurants) hard to enjoy; however, it's only limited during daytime hours. It should be ending soon - perhaps by early Spring 2026(?). Okay, there's one thing that could be improved, but it's not critical by any means. The TV in my hotel room is old & outdated and navigating through channels & languages could be improved.
Everything
One little comment: they provided in the room kettle, sugar, coffee and tea but failed to provide creamer for coffee. That was a bummer. And when asked about it at the front desk, we were referred to the breakfast area to purchase coffee from a machine which I am not sure we could use outside of breakfast hours.......the whole point for us to use it and have coffee in our room before breakfast hours......
Location for the most part
The most nasty and rude front desk employee (CLAUDIA) you can encounter in your life traveling experience! Obviously lack of management on educating she treating and respecting the customers who pays her salary and keep this business running. If you care about customer service and well treat on your stay I do not recommend this property at all. Save your money and mind peace and give it to someone who deserves it better!!!
LOCATION! Easy to get to from the airport, excellent walking location to see the sights, activities and restaurants in Lisbon. All the tours we booked had a meeting point at Rossio square which is a short walk from the hotel.Great staff, clean rooms and excellent breakfast area. Great coffee shops around the corner, the Bonjardim restaurant is around the corner too, with great atmosphere and the best Portuguese chicken around.
Honestly, the only thing was that the TV was not Smart, and I couldn’t cast or airplay to it.
