Friendly staff and good value for money

Rooms pretty small. One very narrow window that faced an alley so no good light ever came into the room. They came and made the bed every day but didn't change the sheets, which I had spilled some coffee on. No real toiletries available.

Great location, clean and comfortable

Near metro station. Also walkable to the main attractions and rail station about half hour. There are a lot of restaurants around.

It was very noise right on a main street, and the room I had was across the street for the bus to pick up students. Buses lining up in the morning, it was very busy and noise. The rooms in the building were not insulated well. The next rooms people were talking and making all kinds of noise from 11:30pm to 1:30am and 7:30am until I left the room. I had to take sleeping pills to try to sleep. One of the window blind did not work. I reported to them. They knew it but can't fix it. The sun up it was so bright and hot. The bathroom did not have windows blind at all. The stand-up shower only had half glass doors, and the water was very easy to splash on the floor. The street right on the hotel and apartment had a lot of construction going on. Some stores were closed, and it did not look safe and petty. It was safe for me to walk at night. The air-conditioning was noise right above my bed too.

The location was crucial for me, the ease of communication and late check in, very well made and clean beds, lovely balconies and large windows for air circulation.

The shower has great pressure but the shower spot is open in one part and ends up wetting the entire bathroom floor. I would change this to make showering more comfortable.

Clean and complete with amenities like washer and a small kitchen. Accessible to all.

No basic toiletries provided only shampoo. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Nice clean apartment, very close to metro. Good value for money. General area is quite noisy at night with busy road outside. Convenient location for getting around the city. Room was very clean and serviced every day. Would stay again.

Cosy room. Like the bathroom which was spacious and well lit with windows. The cleaning staff was very friendly and tried to answer our queries despite some language problem. Tram 28 stop is quite near with the Intendente metro station right in front of the apartment.

We had to check in the Lisbon City hotel and go over the apartment about a few meters away. In between is the soup kitchen where you get long queue during meal times. Fortunately everything is good and the crowd didn't bother us at all.

The room was very clean and was cleaned every day. The location was great, near the tube station which had a great connection to the city landmarks.

The room was a little small but that was not a problem.

It suited by its location to the tram and metro. The staff were excellent in recommending both places to visit and dine.

The small studio apartment had what we needed for me and two kids staying for two nightsStudio was facing the alley, and the room was quiet at nightEfficient and sufficient kitchen with fridge, plates/ glasses and utensils and even a washer; for drying of the clothes there was drying rack device set up at the balcony. only three studios per floor and 4 floors but two elevators in the buildingthe young gentleman at the front desk provided us with the recommendation for vegan/vegetarian place in the hood and we had delish dinner there bunch of coffee shops and small and bigger markets in the hoodMendo caffe had awesome avocado toast with scrambled eggsAuchan, a bigger supermarket is 5-7 min walk and has everythingI was surprised by the size of the studio and niceness because a year before I stayed in the same neighborhood at different place for a bit less money travelling solo but the place was so small I was touching the walls while walking around the bed.

Central location. Strong air condition. Has elevator. Had 2 balconies (view wasn’t great).

Ants on the floor. You need to check in and out in their sister hotel (it was only a few meters away). No basic cooking amenities like oil, salt and pepper. Regular blanket for the extra bed only.

It was 3 stops away from city centre with metro. The price was acceptable.

The smell in the room. The pillow was not that comfy.
