The staff - Joia and Ana Catherine especially wonderful, kind and friendly and very competent. The room - clean with balcony - Housekeeping staff is great, too. Quiet - in a nice area
Location was a little out of the way for me. But, a lovely park area with benches.

It took a bit to figure out the shower and it was a bit expensive for us.
All the staff were very friendly, and the facilities were excellent and beautifully decorated. The bar options were excellent, and the breakfast was varied and delicious.
When I asked for a double bed, I expected to have a double bed and not two single beds pushed together, which made sleeping slightly uncomfortable, but did not detract from the stay.
The hotel was perfect for a short-term stay providing access to the city, a delicious breakfast, friendly staff, and even a free bike to enjoy the city. I would 100% recommend this hotel to family, friends and anyone seeking a nice getaway!
Honestly, I did not have a sour experience in the slightest while at this hotel. My entire experience was memorable and I would absolutely return to this hotel if I was the type of traveler to return to a city after a visit (rare)!
The free 30 min tuktuk ride is a must! The driver has a very good voice and explains interesting things in Lisbon. The pool is very refreshing and was not too crowded. The staff is very nice. The bed is huge. Breakfast is amazing with different options.

Very clean & modern hotel with good breakfast options, friendly staff and a beautiful rooftop pool. Location is good if you’re happy to be out of the bustle of the town. We really enjoyed our stay.
Things to be aware of (didn’t impact our stay):- The showers in rooms open out into the room itself, the bathroom is not separate. Tricky if sharing with someone you don’t want to be naked in front of!- The rooftop pool has about 6 lay flat beds and probably 10 deck chairs. These fill up practically by 9/930am in summer. Can be disappointing if you pick the hotel for the pool which we did - It’s located a taxi journey from central areas, but we didn’t mind as Ubers are very cheap

Quite location away from busy downtown. Roof top is an add on. Regular classic rooms are comfortable.
Poor management. First night room with awkward setup, shower box in the middle of the room. Try to avoid it. AC did not work in this room and could not fix it. No towels the 3rd night, lucky we had the pool towels to have shower. Roof top is nice but expensive to have a drink considering offer.
The hotel was lovely. The staff were helpful and nice. The location is in downtown which is a good base to get to other locations via Uber. The room was good and the bed was really comfortable we had a pleasant stay.
