The reception was great and very helpful. Breakfast buffet was ok but not anything great. The standard room itself was clean but had a difficult layout with the area to hang up clothes directly above where the coffee maker was located.

It did get loud at night and the area was extremely busy during our July stay.

Because the road was close upon our arrival we e couldn¿t get to hotel, but the young lady came out in the rain to meet me & my mom to bring us to the hotel! Extremely nice of her!!!

The staff are super helpful and friendly.

There was no elevator going to the fifth floor. Elevator stops on the 4th floor only. We have to carry our heavy luggage's from the 5th floor staircases going to the 4th floor to be able to use the elevator.

I enjoyed the hotel's location, appreciated my room with a balcony, and found the staff to be both helpful and patient.

One area for enhancement would be for the restaurant staff to promptly clear away used dishes from the table as they pile up.

The staff was friendly and very helpful finding restaurants, making reservations for trips. A special thanks to hotel employees! Location was excellent. Sights and restaurants, If not walkable, close to transportation.

The room was a bit on the small side and no kettle in the room. However, management brought hot water to my room for tea.

The room was on the last floor, with the ceiling going down all the way to the floor. I am not a tall man, but I bumped into the ceiling 3 times, came home with ugly bruises. According to the hotel stuff, every room was booked, and all our requests failed

Location is perfect. 4- 5 min walk from 2 key metro/ subway stops. Walking distance from many great restaurants. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Rooms are very clean.

One key gripe are the beds. They feel cheap and very hard. Way too firm for a hotel with this rating. Bring your sleeping pills.

I was very happy with the cleanliness, the brightness of the room, and the great location. Also, the staff was very friendly and professional.

If I had to quibble, the lack of a luggage rack and the placement and lighting of the full length mirror. But at least the mirror in the bathroom was very well lit.

This hotel is a joke. I booked a standard room and they gave me a carve. A room that you can’t even put your personal bag let alone a luggage. The room was extremely small that you can’t even breath. I asked for a different room and they don’t have it, I had to book another hotel right away and I was charged for the night were I didn’t stay. Horrible experience.
