Avani Avenida Liberdade Lisbon Hotel

Location was great, the balcony was nice, the bed was quite comfortable, and their policy of providing free drinks in exchange for not cleaning the room every day was quite convenient.

The hotel looks a bit tired - there was only one elevator working and it was in poor shape. Some lights were not working, we saw some worn and stained carpeting. The phone didn't work in our room.

The sushi restaurant has extremely slow service and unfriendly. We have experienced this twice.

Room especially the bathroom. Tub and shower were dangerously designed room smelled shelves were broken. Water jug was not freshwater. Coffee maker not working.

Not great at all. I was told I’d get a refund but nothing yet. I left half way through for a new hotel.

The hotel room seems to be old and not good maintaned. The bathroom shower leaked easily. We had a triple room, but the two single beds were pushed together, making it easy to fall out in the middle while sleeping. The extra bed was lower than the single beds, so it couldn't be pushed together. The room safety box was also broken, and we asked someone to come and fix it, but it was never fixed.

It is an expensive neighborhood. The hotel entrance is difficult to find as its tucked away in a parking lot.

The sheets, blankets and pillow they provided for the third bed in the sofa bed were inadequate.

The location was excellent. We walked all day because the main street is just a block away. We ate on the on the Avenida. We shopped on the Avenida.. Many sights to see.

Best location as it is in the hub of lisbons fanciest road where all the fancy restaurants and shops are , just downside the hotel

I am a frequent visitor to this hotel , however this time the AC wasn’t functioning well and couldn’t change rooms as there are no vacancies

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The room was spacious, clean, and they provided two separate beds as requested. The shower was great, and the location was excellent. Overall, a very good stay.

The only downside was the entrance, which was a bit hidden — located on a backstreet behind the main road and at the end of a parking lot, making it a little confusing to find.

The location, the room and the breakfast were amazing.

The front desk staff was welcoming and very helpful. Our rooms provided a beautiful view, were quiet, and well appointed. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and the food choices were great. We also really enjoyed the coffee machine! We greatly appreciated the room upgrade for our friend to place her room next door to our room. It is these actions that set your hotel apart from others. Thank you.

The room is small but cosy. There is a coffee machine, kettle, tea. The location is very good, everything is close by. The staff are excellent, friendly and always willing to help.

There was an unpleasant damp smell in our room. The hotel was under renovation and it was stressful when we wanted to rest.

Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and polite.

Annoying humming machine noise during the night. Did not sleep well. I am not sure what was causing the noise but it was exterior. Although there was a coffee area, there was no milk. I don't think the TV had the Netflix app. The mini bar had beer but no wine. The entrance is like a building site off the main avenue.
