- We had a wonderful stay here. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring with good transportation. A huge thank you to Carlos and Vincent for the incredibly warm welcome. Highly recommended!
- We were right outside the metro stop and there was a shop right across the road as-well. The bed was super comfortable and the staff were very responsive and accommodating. I personally liked the sky light in our room and the luggage lift was handy. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast with a lot of option but you can never go wrong with a continental!
- Good location, very clean and comfortable. However, building is old and lots of stairs for people who travel with luggage and can't take it all the way up or down to their room (no elevator for guests, only for bags).
Cons -
- I know it’s out of our control but we stayed on the very top floor in the smaller room, for me it was fine because I’m small but for my boyfriend who’s taller it was a bit of a squeeze both shower wise and moving around. The facilities advertised that there was Netflix and other streaming services on the tv however in the room we stayed in it wasn’t on the actual tv itself just the remote. it’s not really a big deal I wouldn’t let that sway your decision to stay, but had I known this I would’ve brought my iPad that dos support the streaming services (but also if there weren’t 12 coastal warnings at the time that we stayed we wouldn’t have needed the tv at all
- We got an upgrade(room with a balcony, instead of a regular one). But when we got in the room we saw that we don't actually have a balcony, just a window, and all the rooms on our floor seemed not to have a balcony. But that's okay,we were not in the room that much.Didn't really spoil the impression that we had about the hotel.Street is very loud, some isolation would be appreciated. All in all, very nice if you are passing through Lisbon, don't want to pay too much, and you want to be able to get all around the city within 30 min using metro.
- The bed in the studio room is a couch bed. It would be much more comfortable to replace the couch bed with a double or queen with a traditional mattress for better comfort. The bathroom could benefit from it's own heat source as the room was quite cold.

Room was clean, comfortable.Location is Superb!Staff was really helpfull, they organized for us a lunch box free od charge and it was waiting for us at 7:30, since we had early plans to visit some sights. It was a very nice detail.Thank you very much guys!

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and the cleaning staff were good. The location is on a Main Street with immediate access to the metro and a downhill walk to the city center / tourist area. Due to the proximity to the metro, pretty much the whole of Lisbon is accessible. The kitchenette was more than adequate. There was ample hot water for showers.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A great location next to the metro and in walking distance to lots of sights. Matched the description.
Our recent stay in Lisbon at 85 Suite by LX Soho Lisboa was once again outstanding. This property had already impressed us in the past, and it truly reconfirmed its excellence. The organization is flawless, the rooms are spotless, and the breakfast is consistently delicious. What really makes the difference, though, is the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff. A special thank-you goes to Pedro Eiras, who promptly helped us with a specific need and arranged a room change, upgrading us to a top-level room with great care and efficiency.Thank you, LX Soho Lisboa and 85 suite , for another wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be back!
Staff were available, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the locations was fine - right beside the Anros metro station (no elevators). Internet was fine.
Bed was old and uncomfortable. Lighting was poor in bedroom, room was limited for parking suitcases, shower made a mess of the bathroom floor due to lack of a curtain, Floor of shower was dangerously slippery (must roughify) and there was no safety bar to latch on to in case of a slip. TV was problematic - we never did get it going properly.Booking needs to alert bookers that there is no elevator in this building for people (suitcases only) and for other than for ground floor rooms, the stairs are steep!
Only its location was good because it was near the metro line
It was the worst hotel I have ever been to. It was too dirty. They didn’t change towels and all the hotel including our room was smelling too awful that we couldn’t sleep. On top of that was the bathroom that it was outside from our room and we have to go through public way to go to our bathroom and of course there wasn’t written in our reservation . Please don’t book at this hotel.
This room provided the basic necessities, sufficient amount of towels, hair dryer, soaps, TV, safe. The room was clean and quiet. The location aloud us to explore the city by foot. Although the check in was done at the main hotel a few minutes walk down the street it wasn’t too inconvenient. The staff were fantastic, polite and very accommodating. We arrived prior to check in, so we left our bags at the r caption until our room was ready.
The room was a walk up and we were on the second floor. There is only an elevator for the bags, located on the 1st floor, so we had to lug our bags up the stairs to the lift. Difficult with heavy suitcases. Lack of hot water in the mornings, we had to wait for a hour one morning for hot water.

Although check-in was done at the main hotel a few minutes walk down the street it wasn’t too inconvenient. The staff were very nice, polite, and accommodating. They even let us check in early. This was our second stay in 2 weeks (post cruise). The hotel surprised with some Portuguese tarts and a lovely personalized welcome back note upon arrival.
The hotel is a walk up. Elevator is for the luggage only. We were on the 4th floor. The stair well between the 2nd and 4 floor did not feel solid. It moved when we walked on it and it was slightly slanted causing us to be nervous when walking up and down the stairs. There was a rain storm up leaving. Water was coming in from the ceiling in the stairwell beside the lift. Our luggage got stuck in the lift and we had to run to the main hotel to get assistance. The hotel staff were very efficient and reset the elevator within 10 min. But we had to fly home in wet clothing.
The room was amazing — spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The only issue was the poor noise isolation; I could hear sounds from the neighboring rooms as if there were no walls between us. Also, the area felt a bit uncomfortable at night, so I preferred to stay in after 6:00 PM.Aside from that, the service was absolutely exceptional! The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, professional, and attentive. The room was always spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, a wonderful stay despite the minor noise issue.
Loudness of other people in nearby rooms, and the area.
Location to metro good
Comfortable secure
The room was clean and comfortable, with no mold or insects. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient with easy access to public transport. Breakfast was served in a nearby hotel (LX SoJo Boutique Hotel) just across the street.
There was a strong smell of cleaning products when I arrived, though it went away after opening the window. It was quite noisy at night, probably due to the metro and the elevator.
Tiny room and shower. It was clean. The luggage elevator only goes to the 4th floor. There is no front desk in the building.
Being on the 5th floor. There is no front desk, might as well be in an Airbnb due to a lack of staff to answer questions. You have to walk down the street to get information if you don't have a phone that can make calls.

Bedding is good. Room is clean and bedroom has space.
Finishings and details are very poor. The electric socket comes out from the wall, and the shower kind of closes, but water leaks. The bathroom electric socket is stuck between the side of the mirror and the wall, which means that unless you have a very thin plug, you can't plug your appliance. Also you can hear the rolling of the subway that passes below. It's not strong but it's present.Rooms are also kind of stuck and don't get much air.
Nicely decorated and modern appearance. Clean and Comfy. Good Value
Dated Building but nicely renovated. Slightly out of the city centre
- The location is convenient for the Metro and walking into town- The staff were very friendly and helpful - The rooms were nicely decorated and the building is characterful - Comfortable beds and decent shower pressure, even on the fourth floor of an old building- High standard of cleanliness
- The bad smells from the surrounding streets were overpowering at times. I had to shut the window during the night - Breakfast was okay but nothing special. You can get a much better breakfast elsewhere for the €12.50 fee or less - Although it was in good decorative order there were some annoying dilapidations like a loose sliding shower door and handrails- No lift for people but there is one for luggage - Some very poor Google reviews which we didn’t see before booking - recommend reading before committing - The area is convenient but best summarised as urban grit - not especially pleasant or safe-feeling at night - Reception is across the road
Although the location is a couple of train stations up from central Lisbon, it is very easily accessible and a very quick journey to the central area and right outside the Metro entrance. It would also only be a 25min walk. The room was spacious and clean and very comfortable.
