Great activities and great staff

I¿m in good shape but I didn¿t like walking all those stairs in the building to get to the reception

Can not say enough good things about this hostel! The staff is AWESOME and so caring, and the hostel is nice and clean. You get to meet people - and party if you want - which is great but also relaxation when needed. Highly recommend :)

The whole atmosphere is amazing! All the staff extemely nice and helpful. The hostel works in a perfect way, thinking of all possible details so the guests can feel completely great. The location can't be better. It is very clean in every moment. Also it is quite. I deeply recomend and I will go back! Love Lisboa and WLFT ?.

The staff was beyond nice! They helped me with my luggage, offered me ice tea, truly cared and assisted me with my plans around town. The events they organized were fun and they made me feel at home. Perfect for girls traveling alone!

First all the STAFF and the easy going and innovative CHECK IN I was hosted with a very warm welcome with a refreshment and got all info about the property and the staff brought me to the room.

It was very lovely with all the necessary facilities. Staff were very nice, and events organized by the accommodation were perfect.

The atmosphere was great! The staff was friendly and very helpful. Everything was clean and it was clear that the hostel has a very good process of welcoming guests!

The beds were kind of hard so it was hard to fall asleep and people going up and down the stairs could be loud at night.

The rooms and shared espaces are really comfortable, the bedrooms are ventilated and with good lighting. Beds are comfortable too and the bathrooms really clean.,The staff is absolutely amazing: gentle, kind, professional and helpful. Always with a warm smile. All of them really make the guest feel at home and go to great lenghts to attend ours needs besides giving us wonderful tops about the city. Julie, Rodrigo and Matilde: you’re amazing. Thanks for everything and keep on the wonderful job. I’ll come back for sure!

The stairs. It’s an old building who was completely remodeled to host the Hostel and the stairs remained. There’s no elevator. It’s a 5 floor building and the hostel occupies all of them. It’s important to say that is not suitable for people with disabilities.

1st of all I liked the staff very welcoming.the room was big and clean .close to many places by walking ...if I ever visit Lisbon this hotel will be my choice ..PS it was my birthday and they gave me a b.day card was in my room waiting for me ? I appreciate it guys

I accidentally booked a hostel- I had my doubts. But it was a very pleasant surprise! It was cosy and very clean and the staff was awesome!

Haha, the 1000 stairs to climb

I spent only one night at the hostel, and it was a truly special experience, mainly thanks to the people who work here — very attentive and dedicated to making it the best possible experience for guests. It’s too hard to list everything that positively surprised me. The room and the bed were comfortable enough to have a good rest. Everything was clean, well maintained, and properly attended to. The location is perfect.

Super helpful and friendly staff, great recommendations

Private room was very plain and the bare minimum as far as bed/pillow quality, no hangers or place to hang clothes even though there was a closet space (though the few hooks behind the door were very helpful) Stairs between the kitchen and sitting area make meals a bit more difficult

Everything was amazing, staff was very nice and helpful, facilities was clean

I love the activities and how accommodating everyone is. They really go above and beyond what anyone can hope for and recommend where to go and what to see for your stay (or even after). Incredibly helpful and sweet staff.

4 flights of stairs

Love how they have set up the hostel. It is up a few flights of stairs but well worth it. Best part of this hostel are the STAFF. Rod, Joao, Lou, and two others were so friendly and helpful. Always checking in. Making tea fo me when I set off at 7am to start my Camino Journey. Tapas dinner was fun with all other travelers. Well done!!! Great facilities.

All good! Clean room and wonderful shower. Common room is so cute.
