Decent location. Clean.

The air conditioner was broken and leaking water. It was never fixed during our stay there despite notifying the hotel staff twice.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate our requirements.One of the days we had to leave early for a day trip and the breakfast was meant to start at 7:30am but when we requested them they had breakfast ready by 7:15 itself.

The room was nice, not so big but for one person comfortable. Bed was comfortable also, wifi worked good.The bathroom not so big but good, very clean overall, incl. the room self of course.Breakfast buffet good with good selection.Staff really nice and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and next time I go to Lisbon again I want to stay there again.I recommend it to other traveler warmth.

The bed and room were very comfortable. The breakfast included a wide range of options, including fresh orange juice. Hotel staff was kind and accommodating.

Photos on booking looks more new, but rooms and hotel itself is very old, even it stinks on old when you enter inside, only breakfast room was renovated. In room there is only hell parket on floor which needs to be perfectly clean to not to see the dirt, but it wasn't, so there were hair on the floor in the room, in bathroom, on the wall in bathroom small black hair and even on bed sheets. Breakfast there is a choice, but everything is taste less.

Comfortable bed.I asked for a quieter room after my first night and got one.

Breakfast was overpriced and the hot items were lukewarm.Room cleaning was very sketchy and items were not replaced e.g. I had no toilet paper on my last night ( which I doscovered to my cost at the last minute). Towels had holes in them.There were no intructions on the room phone for reaching reception. I was unable to get help in an emergency. I complained and got no reply and no action.

Great personnel, always smiling and willing to help.The hotel is nice and quite clean, with a fair price and an "ok" breakfast.There's a laundry few meters away and the street is very quiet.

My room (201) was a bit smelly, I think it was the bed.The walls are thin and towels were not changed once in a week.

The bed isn’t very comfy, for a 5 days trip they didn’t change bedsheets.. when ever you take a shower it’s a big chaos in the shower, bathroom has always a very bad smell..

The hotel was very nice and clean, the room was very nice, the bed was comfortable, the location was good, and the price was good.

I really liked the room decoration.

The way i been served the whole time, the receptionist very kind, both of the ones who served me, a very clean room as well.

Everything was great. Location is near the bust station and 5-7 minutes walk from subway station. The room was renovated and very clean . The staff was friendly and helpful . Old town is 30 - 40 minutes away ( walk)

it is a box without a window. when you go out, the electricity turn off so no air flow and it gets hot. horrible experience. at least 50% of bookings through booking.com are disappointing !

The location was not good at all! The photos on Booking.com did not match the room we received! The room had no windows and no ventilation, and we could not sleep well for two nights due to lack of oxygen, the bath towel was torn! Overall, we were not satisfied at all.

The location was good, there are a lot of restaurants nearby, the metro and bus stations were close, 5 to 10 menutes walk distance
