Very clean, lots of bathrooms and the staff are very nice! Great hostel.

Easy check in. Pizza looked fantastic but I didn’t try. People were super friendly.

The noise was absolutely horrendous. It was like a kids playground

Would be great to have a TV, at least on the singles and studios, so we can watch some streaming series/movies or even just normal tv channels.But but overall the rooms and staff are great!

Location

There were so many issues with this place: 1) very noisy, it was really difficult to sleep at night. We could here every step taken in the hallway, 2) the bathroom was not cleaned well, 3) the shower head was not tall enough which made it really difficult to use 4) the only window in our suite was facing something close to a dumpster, 5) the kitchen appliances were so old and the dishes were not even washed, and 6) there’s a restaurant downstairs so the entire building stinks when they start to cook. All in all, don’t get fooled by the pictures, the real place looks nothing like them.

The location, it has elevator.

The bathrooms were dirty. Room cleaning only involved changing the sheets, they didn’t clean the floors or anything else. Other rooms were also very noisy.

One on the staffs who duty on 18 Oct morning during 8.30–> talked badly , no service mind. I asked her I can’t use elevator ( because I am about to check out) I got 4 luggage from 3 rd floor) I came down and ask. She told me with very bad behavior, she asked me to walk up to 4th floor to closed the doors, I said I don’t know I m on 3rd floor . It is not me who not closed that door and how am I supposed to know this issue. She also talked back badly that this is not her false. Other staffs were nice but this lady. She shouldn’t work in the service industry if she doesn’t have service mind

Private suite was very comfortable and staff were amazing. Room had all basic amenities required for stay. Amazing pizza , coffee bar for a quick meal or snack.

There is too much noise, especially after midnight of travelers chatting or doors banging. Had to wear noise cancellation headphones to sleep.

Great location. Feels private even though you share a bathroom because bathrooms are one stall full bath. Safe and ideal for solo women travelers.

Not very many opportunities or activities to interact with other guests.

The pizza they sell

Some of the things need maintenance, due that the sofa in our room broke on the 1st day and my dad fell down.

The location was great , it is a short walk to some of the popular sites, close to the metro and around the corner from great shopping. There are several restaurants and bars nearby and a little market just a block away. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. The pizza in the evenings is excellent and the staff are absolutely fantastic. We are in Lisbon a lot and we plan on staying here again.

We liked everything about the place. There is a lot of street noise but we have stayed in several different areas of Lisbon and there is always noise.

Staff is really great and the bathrooms are clean. Pretty social if you are a solo traveller.

The beds need curtains, very difficult to sleep for me without curtains and some privacy.

I love the pizza and Sangria they had at night and you get 20% off if you are staying there.

No AC so didn't mind sleeping with the fan but did get kinda noisy at late night early morning since the windows are open

Welcoming staff. Very responsive. My flight arrived late at night, after the check-in period and the hostel didn't mind to receive me late check-in. The reception ladies were nice and the hostel is clean and close to the subway station.

The bedroom is in a very busy and noise street, it was too hot to keep windows closed but too noise keep them open. Lights in the bedroom was not enough.
