Pros +
- The location is beautiful.
- Staff went out of their way to address any request from us. Location good, breakfast better than most hotels. If that is your core requirement I would definitley recommend it
- A beautiful boutique hotel hidden down an alleyway behind the main road, with stunning views over Lisbon. We were all made to feel incredibly welcome from the first moment we entered the hotel, front staff excellent, restaurant staff very attentive and knowledgeable, cleaning staff suberb. Excellent breakfast and diner choices. Rooms were spacious comfortable, well appointed and the private balconies were very spacious. a truly great stay
Cons -
- At night I was kept awake by what sounded like a tin container being bumped around. It was a windy night but this was something else. Also the patio lights do not shut off which is not conducive to sleep since the blackout blinds do not touch the floor.
- The standard double room was a corridor. It was only after we were able to change the room that we had some walking space. Unlike most modern design hotels where you are expected to work in the common areas, there was very little public space other than the restaurant
- Hard to find initially, down the little alleyway. A little confusion over room cleaning. But overall not a big deal at all.

Great location. Comfortable rooms. Courteous staff
Great views! Wonderful pool that was lovely for short laps. And great location, easily walkable to shops and restaurants.

Great location
The room was basic, the soap dispensers did not work
I liked everything about it. Good location lovely staff and nice design
I found the bed too hard. I didn’t like the fact that there were no plug sockets at dressing table or bed height.
Staff was friendly.
No exercise room! This should be clearly stated, and the hotel should not claim "5 stars". We had to take a 15 minute taxi to another sister hotel to use their gym. Those facilities we also poor. An extremely old bike and small set of old weights. The room was also dark and the bathroom door did not close properly.

Location is brilliant! Lovely rooms, breakfast had plenty of options.
The works that was happening outside of the property. We had a room with a view but there was a huge crane outside which wasn’t great.
Dining area staff and Bellhops were friendly and helpful.
Difficult to access from the main road. Location is far from ideal. Stay in the area closest to the Elevador Santa Justa. One or two staff members want to be friendly but they don't know how to.
We were very happy with our Family Room and the hotel service. The food was phenomenal. Very happy with our stay.
Quicker room service
Excellent location. Lovely to have a swimming pool. Super roof top terrace which was a bonus in the afternoon/evening sun. Staff were all exceptional and made it a superb birthday trip. Restaurant food was amazing.
Great location, friendly, helpful staff and lovely breakfasts.
Lovely hotel in a great central location . The staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooms are very quiet. I would stay here again.
Excellent location and neighborhood. The view from the hotel over Lisbon was striking. The property, not visible from the street, is a quiet and calm oasis. The desk staff was especially helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast.
Room was tight for 2 people, lots of bending over and not much room for 2 suitcases to be opened. We didn’t care for open bathroom plan.
Staff were great. Restaurant food was very good. Location was handy for the city. View was pretty.
Swimming pool was cold
