    Cons -

    • I paid for twin beds and received a double and twin beds were on my paperwork, I was told that at the time of booking from you guys, twin beds were sold out.she showed me in the computer, it said double. I would have liked to be informed of the changes.
    • My patio was under rennovation and it was so tiny and closed in the courtyard I?d never use that anyway. A balcony would be a better or even just a window outside.
    • I was very disappointed because our shower was clogged and it didn?t drain properly. We had to shut off the water mid-shower so it didn?t overflow. We brought this to the hotel?s attention and they never fixed the issue when we there 4 days and 3 nights

We had a top floor apartment which afforded us a little more space. The AC was key as the weather was hot.

Just the sloped ceiling, I am a little over 6 ft, 185cm, and hit my head a few times until I got used to the space.

This hotel is a 4 minute walk from the Arco da Rua Augusta, 30 seconds to Rua Augusta with all the restaurants. Staff was professional and polite.

Excellent breakfast. Extremely friendly staff. Refurbished room with good storage. BGood pool with multiple jetted tubs. Good location near parking, restaurants, boardwalk shopping, beach

Tiny elevators; only room for 2 people. Had to take up luggage in 2 trips. Cockroaches (dead) in bathroom

The location was old town Lisbon and was within walking distance of restaurants and night life

The remodeling included a walk in shower that I was unable to access (the sliding door would not open far enough), and the rooms were too close to each other making it very noisy.

Good location and easy late check-in.

BED BUGS. I discovered bed bugs on my second night here. I had been bitten on the first night, too, but chalked it up to a rash. During the second night I saw 4 bed bugs in my sheets. I endured 40+ bites. I would NOT recommend staying here!!

    Location Breakfast

Were assigned a room that was adjoined to another; broken rain shower ; only slightly warm water, no place to hang clothes or put suitcases. After raising concerns, we were pleased to get a comfortable room with everything in order for the next night. The buffet breakfast was quite good, espresso machine coffee, scrambled eggs, croissants…

Great location in the center, cozy rooms, good breakfast.

    High audibility in rooms

    6LusinePosted on: 11-19-2025

Location was very convenient, in the center, 1min to metro. The room was in a good condition.

We was staying in the room 114 (its a back side of the building) and the next building have very laud air conditioning, the noise was horrible, I couldn't sleep. Told the staff, first they told that it should stop at evening, it was not. Then the second person told that it should stop at night, it didn't stopped. And in the morning when i informed that it was working whole night, the response was "but why you didn't call us at night?"... excuse me??? Is it a normal response? So in short, no one offered to chamge the room, so when booking be sure to not book rooms facing backyard.- breakfast was poor for the hotel of this level, no frash vegetables, no boiled eggs, one low quality orange juice, coffee was not from freshly grounded beans. Only plenty of baked sweets, which is not a healthy breakfast at all.
