Great location in the old center of town, interior polished to cosmopolitan boutique hotel standards; breakfast buffet wide & tasty; reception and restaurant staff hip & very helpful; strongly recommend to savvy travelers.

The street where the hotel is located becomes "pedestrian only" after 10am, so bags must be hand-carried from the nearby plaza. An insignificant inconvenience for those with light luggage.

The great customer service we were given by hotel employees.

The staff helped booking tours and restaurants. We were upgraded to a better room and we even got a little welcome present!

The street where hotel is located is pedestrian only from 10am-10pm. Taxis are not dropping passengers even out of the window time. It is hard when you travel with suitcases...

The location is great. There are low end, middle end and high end restaurants, shops etc within 10-15 minute walking distance.

The hygiene: I had a bag M&M’s, I woke up the next morning they were covered with dust - the bag was closed. I asked for a blanket, they gave me one with brown stains on it. As soon as I walked into the hotel, I start to cough and sneeze - I do suffer from allergies. They were doing construction, and didn’t state or give a heads up. The put a party of 3 in the smallest room they had, to me, that’s not accommodating service.

The staff were very accommodating before I even left home. I had a private car waiting for me at the airport. I had help with my suitcases. I had a welcome gift, a refrigerator with free drinks, and a parting gift. I would stay there time after time should I travel to Lisbon again!

I not a dislike, but a warning, as it is in a pedestrian only street, our uberdriver was lost around the streets and it was for us a little confusing. Of course nothing to do with the hotel

The noise from the streets until early morning on weekdays due to some construction going on

would consider staying again but request higher floor to avoid noise

The location could not be better. It is near the main strip in Lisbon, walkable to everything and the room itself was beautiful. The staff left chocolates wine and champagne and there wasn't much else we could have asked for.

Parking set up is semi annoying if you are bringing a car. There isn't anywhere to park and unload so you'll need to walk 2 blocks from the public garage to get to the hotel.

THIS IS A PERFECT LOCATION!!! The hotel was right in the center of the town and close to various stores and resturants. The alley way where the hotel is located has a least 4 resturants steps away. Although the resturants appeared to be tourist traps, at least you have the option of not going far for food. The hotel staff were increible!! They were helpful and very pleasants. The hotel rooms were awesome and the shower in the room was awesome.

Only minor suggestion would be to have a mircowave, but they may not be the norm for Portugal.

The location overall was great. Close to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping (retail stores). Our hotel room was overall clean, tidy and organized. Roomy enough for two of us. There was some mold in the corners of the caulking in the shower. They provided us with a welcome bottle of Tawny Port and Pastel de Nata for our stay. That’s was a great touch! They had a bar in the lobby area with happy hour every day from 4-6pm with a great selection.

It’s in the center of town where the streets are closed off for restaurants to serve in the middle of the street. In the early morning hours and after restaurants are closed, lots of noise from employees cleaning up and putting away tables and chairs.

This property was modern,spacious and location in the perfect location. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
