Great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, larger room than what you would normally expect in Europe, great breakfast, very cool rooftop - great experience all-around!

Bathroom/toilet area and shower were separated by a glass type door and the shower leaked a little bit.

Did not clean room well. I had to call and go down to the front desk. I even had to speak to the manager. Afterwards it was okay. It is something that should be resolved one time not after four attempts.

Breakfast was fabulous every day and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Reuben was amazing.

My stay was for January 10, 11. 2026 however all the payment was taken Oct 31, 2025. I can understand a deposit but not the full amount. Second day asked for breakfast bag for airport with food that we liked and they didn’t do that.Had to buy breakfast at airport. Also called for wake up call two times and someone picked up but no answer and heard a lot of noise talking . Had to get dressed and go down stairs. 4 staff members were talking and said they didn’t get the call. They said they don’t do wake up calls to do it yourself. We are seniors with disability then they did it. So what service is that.

A very clean hotel. The staff members are very cooperative and polite. The breakfast service was wonderful with lots of varieties. It is a wonderful place to stay to visit Lisbon.

Spacious rooms and nice location. Staff is super friendly

We stayed for a week and breakfast was almost the same everyday and we got bored by day 4. Also not many options for vegetarians.This is a bit of nitpick but they could have done without the separation between the bathroom and the toilet- it made it feel cramped

The room was spacious and beautifully designed. The rooftop offered amazing views. Loved having robes available in the bathroom.

Hotel is called Fenix Music, but there was no music playing in the lobby. The bar downstairs did not have draft beer. There was no shampoo/conditioner in the shower (only body wash).

Beautyful design and the Music theme is spot on

The staff were very professional and helpful. The breakfast was fine with sufficient choices. The coffee machine was also very good.

Unfortunately, our room was very small as our room had a considerably sized balcony. There was little space to put our items. The hotel is also on a steep hill making it difficult to approach. The toilet and shower were glassed in and had little privacy.

Beautiful hotel. Comfortable bed. Great staff. Went overboard to. Helpful with our concerns. It’s a bit out of the main square but if you’re a walker it’s a 20 min walk.
