While our family of four did fine here, probably more suited for a couple.

The location was very convenient for seeing most of the Lisbon highlights. We didn't use any public transportation... just walked everywhere. The staff was very helpful and kind, and the breakfast was a fantastic way to start each day! The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious. It would have been nice to have a place to sit other than the bed and the kitchen table, but we weren't spending much time in the room anyhow, so not a big deal.

You could clearly hear people in the hallway, but fortunately we didn't have any late-night or early-morning neighbors.

The Best of All Worlds!Chiado Arty Flats is part hotel, part Airbnb, part B&B — but only the best parts! We loved our stay. The location was perfect, the rooms were super quiet, and the staff made us feel right at home. Breakfast was a dream (they even delivered it the night before for our early flight!). The lift was a lifesaver. Only thing missing? A washer — but honestly, we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay at Chiado Arty Flats. The location is excellent — right in the center of Chiado and close to everything: restaurants, shops, public transportation, and major attractions.The apartment was very clean, well maintained, and nicely designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made a big difference after long days of exploring the city.Overall, a lovely place to stay in Lisbon. I would definitely recommend Chiado Arty Flats and would happily stay here again.

Excellent location in Chiado. Property has elevator and very clean. They have a good breakfast spread that gets delivered to room everyday. We were 4 of us, room was very spacious and clean. Hosts were very accommodating of our needs and even packed us breakfast for our early morning flight. I would definitely go back and stay with them.

This was a great last night in Lisbon. It was myself and two daughters in one room and it worked great. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked well, the shower had great water pressure and you really had everything you needed in a small room. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. More than the three of us could eat. It was in a nice area that was near some of the night club areas but this section wasn't very noisy. The hosts did a great job communicating how to get in the building and our room. That was wonderful. We highly recommend it.

The location is great for first time Lisbon visitors. A lot of the tourist attractions were walkable from the hotel. Our main mode of transportation was by foot and bolt/taxi during our stay. If you decide to use public transportation, the Rossio Station is a 5 minutes walk from the hotel which is super convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful from front staff to housekeeping. Paulo & Miguel did an amazing job with accommodating our breakfast requests and housekeeping staff kept our rooms clean and stocked.

The location of the hotel isn't on flat land, there is a lot of uphill/stairs if you decide to visit the nearby attractions by foot. Felt like we were doing stair masters every day we were there, which could be good or bad depending on how good your ankles/legs are. The room decors are very unique and fun, however wish there was more counter space in the bathroom. A sliding glass door/shower curtain on the other half of the shower would be better design so water isn't all over the floor after every shower.

Excellent location walking distance to a lot of the best spots in Lisbon - staff is super nice and helpful, apartments are comfortable and clean.

The Staff was just amazing. All of them. Tomas, Miguel and Paolo. Tomas, thank you so much for waiting us for the check in despite the huge delay.The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great experience.

We liked the room we reserved but were not provided it. The reason why we were there was because of the studio and we were not provided what we reserved and paid.

The smell of the building. Sewage smell from the kitchen window. The staff.

Everything. Friendliest staff we’ve ever encountered. Location was perfect. Room was great. Breakfast was complete and delivered to our room right on time.

Front desk was super nice and the having breakfast delivered to the room in the morning was sweet. They were also really accommodating about us storing our luggage while we went out to explore.

We loved the industrial design! We enjoyed the in-room breakfast: the concept allowed for late mornings, the food was good and the portion generous. We had the same meal twice, but if we had stayed longer, we hope it would be different. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The location is ideal. It was a balm in our journey to Lisbon experience. We recommend Chiado Arty flats, and will probably return.

Excellent stay in Lisbon! The staff was amazing—very friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Special thanks to Pablo and Miguel for taking such great care of us. If you’re interested in tours or transfers, ask the hotel about Val - he’s extremely knowledgeable and attentive. He took us to Fátima and also handled our airport pickup and drop-off. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
