- The staff and location
- Great hotel in a good location. The rooms are of a good quality, and the hotel has a lovely boutique feel to it with Portugese design influence. The staff were al very responsive and friendly and made local recommendations for sightseeing and restaurant
- Everything, location, hotel ambience, decor, staff, just book the hotel. I traveled here solo for my birthday. The staff greeted me, grab my bags and placed them in my room while I checked in. When I got to my room, there was a welcome gift
Cons -
- The soap and shampoo dispensers pumps were not pumping well
- Maybe a bit noisy since we were on the rooftop floor, but were able to speep just fine.
- There was construction going on and that's what woke us up every morning during our stay. There also was a private event so we weren't able to visit the rooftop on our last night. The city view we paid for was the the building under construction.

Great location the staff is excellent and very helpful. A very large buffet breakfast every morning.
Room space and cleanliness
Maybe a bit noisy since we were on the rooftop floor, but were able to speep just fine.
The pastries at the check in desk and the staff was very accommodating.

The exceptional service of the staff, ALL of them from the front desk and especially in the breakfast area, she deserves a raise for her above and beyond customer service.
Very friendly staff
Die to construction works the view Fromm the rooftop was restricted
Staff were amazing, very friendly, helpful and professional! Room was spacious for a city hotel and bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was good but not amazing. Location was ideal for exploring the city, there is a hop-on/hop-off bus stop a two minute walk from the hotel and the main shopping street is also nearby.
Nothing bad to say, met or exceeded expectations on every level
The hotel is in a great location, about 20-30 mins walk from the main areas in Lisbon. The hotel was clean, the bed was very comfortable. We could hear some other residents at times, so maybe the soundproofing could be better but it didn't impact our stay or stop us from sleeping. All of the staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The reception staff were very polite and a pleasure to deal with.I let them know it was a special weekend that I had booked for in their hotel and they had delivered champagne and chocolate covered strawberries which was excellent. Then on valentine's night they left a rose and a small heart shaped heating pad. Unbelievable service to our special weekend. Would definitely book again for a stay the next time we're in Lisbon.
Clean, quite, patio on the top and the guys up there were the best.
Front desk tries to look pretentious. Instead of concentrating on how to behave maybe they should focus more on what customer need. Prices at the restaurant are way too high.
A truly exceptional hotel in Lisbon. Everything about our stay was perfect. From the excellent food and drink, the wonderful bedrooms the lovely Rituals toiletries. Complementary drinks on arrival and a bottle of bubbles in our room. We couldn’t fault it. The staff really made our stay special, we would 100% recommend this hotel. We ate dinner then one night which was fine dining standard and the breakfast was excellent value for money. The roof top bar was really nice, even though we had terrible weather the whole weekend. This hotel was the highlight of our stay.
Absolutely fantastic - really impressed by this hotel after changing my Lisbon hotel choice a few times. The service was excellent from check in to check out. Special shout out to Patricia on the checkin desk for an exceedingly welcoming start to my stay and recommendation for brunch at Manifest! I didn't catch the concierges name but also fantastic and was so kind as to bring my suitcase up for me.The room was gorgeous and very comfortable, well equipped with a mini fridge, umbrella, shoe horn, amenity kit, bottle opener, robes, slippers and even a pillow menu! The safe also included a UK plug socket which was great as I forgot my adapter. I went out for the evening and came back to cookies and a bottle of cava in my room, as well as a complimentary voucher for a cocktail at the bar. So thoughtful. I had a couple of drinks on the rooftop bar - special shoutout to edir for the drinks and touristy recommendations, a lovely guy. Breakfast in the restaurant was also good - you have the option to order from a menu alongside a buffet breakfast (fruits, cereals, pastries, charcuterie etc)
I would love to stay here again and likely would return but the lack of spa and fitness facility would be a turn off for longer stays. Everything else was excellent.
Location perfect room beautiful and what a view from the roof
Nothing I can think off
Outstanding! The hotel is charming and the Limao Terrace just lovely.
The carpets in the hallway needs a little updating.
Location Breakfast Very clean Very friendly personal All perfect
Perfect location; Nice Snacks available at reception; charming room.
The staff was exceptional, the boutique hotel has a lovely design and the room was spacious. The best part of the stay was the welcoming atmosphere created by the staff.
A small detail: on the 7th floor there is an ice maker that makes a small noise at a timed interval with just one ice cube and when a person does decide to use that machine then it does make a lot of noise.
Welcome was amazing, from coming out of the taxi to the champagne and sweet treats at reception. Breakfast was delicious and staff friendly. Staff at reception always helpful and informative. Staff also turned a blind eye when I snuck to the reception for a pastel de nata and sweets!
The hotel gives complimentary water everyday which is much appreciated but the last few days I found I had to ask for the water late afternoon after 4pm! I was told by the receptionist that they prioritise cleaning empty rooms first. I did not even want the room cleaned - just water and tea making condiments. The window frame in my room was crumbling and I showed the staff cleaning the room and told the reception - even showed them pictures. Nothing was done!! I thought for an expensive 5 star hotel I would have been offered a change of room at the very least or some compensation but I got nothing. I had headaches and I did wonder if that was the cause. I was there for a week.Despite these issues, I would still recommend the hotel
A charming hotel. Our deluxe room was beautiful and huge. The refined decor embraces the style of Lisbon and the azuélos.
