Very nice hotel and rooms. Every little thing has been well tought out. The breakfast was also one of the top 5 I have been to at an European hotel and hotel employee is very welcoming and makes a mean cappuccino. The staff was very professional and excellent.

Overall completely satisfactory once we were moved from a very noisy room just above the metro.

Yes, first room assigned was unbelievably noisy when the metro frequently passed below. A strong complaint produced a much quieter and satisfactory room.

We stayed at Hotel Portugal – Portugal Boutique Hotel for 3 nights in January as a family with our 11-year-old daughter and truly loved our stay. The room size was very good and comfortable, beautifully designed, with excellent beds, a separate bathtub and shower, a powerful hairdryer, and a coffee machine.All staff were extremely kind and welcoming. We really appreciated the welcome drink and especially the lovely Portuguese pastry and wine surprise delivered to our room — such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay feel very special. The location is perfect, very walkable and close to the metro.Honest feedback:– The slippers were not disposable, which felt a bit uncomfortable.– Breakfast variety was very limited, especially the hot options.Despite these points, the overall experience was so positive that we happily give 10/10 and would definitely recommend this hotel.

An amazing hotel, starting from the service, the personal attention, the rich breakfast, the spacious rooms, the attention to every detail in the hospitality experience and the excellent location. We have been there twice and already looking forward to return! .

Breakfast is the best in the world!Lisbon very hot--100+--but the air conditioning only cooled the room to 74-76

Room was modern and comfortable. Get bathtub. Good makeup mirror and bathroom lighting. Staff was exceptionally responsive. I went to breakfast area for coffee before breakfast scheduled hours. Staff was happy to pour early. On 2nd day, he remembered my milk preference. Example of exceptional service. Ordered transport. On time and friendly.

Room service was behind on cleaning. However, it was Sunday and a busy day.

A very beautiful, bountiful breakfast buffet. One suggestion would be to offer some fresh fruit…melon, berries Also, possibly some oatmeal or hot cereal

Difficulty determining which paddles to use for lighting. Should have been explained by the Porter who took us to our room.

Room was extremely comfortable, staff made us feel so welcome and gave us the opportunity to enjoy some local delicacies and were easily able to provide us recommendations for restaurants and other things to check out nearby.Especially loved how roomy the bathroom was, huge tub, double sinks for getting ready in the morning and the television was piped in by overhead speakers so could listen to music while in the bath and shower. Would happily stay again.

Nothing of note. Air conditioning is disabled during the winter so the rooms can get a little warm but can just open the windows and let in the cool air.

Room was a great size and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom had a rain shower as well as another shower/bath and a double sink. Welcome drink for the bar as well as gifts of port and pastries delivered to the room were lovely gestures. Location was amazing and the staff were all very friendly.

The only downside was the bar/restuarnt, it lacked a little atmosphere and didn't match the rest of the "cool" vibe of the hotel but we would go to the "sister" property next door which had a rooftop bar and fabulous view.

You can't reach the hotel by car. You need to walk, less than 1 minute, but the hotel is not in clear sight so arriving the first time is confusing.After you know how to get there, everything is perfect.
