Terrific fresh breakfast. Very helpful staff who were also fluent in English. Onsite covered parking.

Room floors were dirty and sticky

The location was excellent and I walked one block to the laundromat to wash clothes. The neighbourhood had a lot of amenities and transportation. The breakfast was excellent and the cost of the room was very reasonable.

Location area was a little out of the way from downtown and historic sites. Also area where hotel is located is not the greatest area.

staff was generous and very clean my favorite thing was it was very close to the metro which helps alot and the breakfast was very tasty with different options

Location was good. Parking on the street is possible near the hotel. You have to pay between 9-19, € 1,80 per hour. To find a parking space could be difficoult after 19, but not impossible.

Our stay was a nightmare! We were given a room on the first floor, and the noise from the subway was unbearable. We asked for another room, but none was provided. Instead of offering us a different room, the receptionist automatically tried to give us earplugs, which was completely unacceptable and clearly showed that this is an everyday problem. Yet there is no mention of this issue anywhere in the description.We also felt misled by the staff regarding parking. When we asked about parking options, we were told that payment was required from 7:00 in the morning until 21:00. Because of this, we decided to use the parking garage, which cost over €18 for the night. The hotel covered the amount above €15, but only after we pointed out that the listing on Booking stated a €15 charge for a full day of garage parking.The next day, we checked the parking machine ourselves and discovered that the payable period was actually only between 9:00 and 19:00. We paid just €1 and were able to park on the street until 9:38—meaning we had spent over €15 unnecessarily the previous day.Overall, our stay was a very disappointing experience.

This hotel was fine for a short stay. The room was comfortable. The location was excellent. The breakfast was very satisfying. All in all, good value for the money.

There was no coffee maker in the room. The TV was virtually all in European languages, not English.

I had selected a full bed option while booking through booking.com . The only room available had two twin beds.

Clean, fantastic location, friendly staff, good breakfast spent two nights there was happy with my choice.

The beds in my room weee rock hard. Well, one had a big dip in the mattress which made laying on it uncomfortable because I was lopsided. The other was rock hard. Which sucked. I was excited about comfy hotel beds, but didn’t get that. They were full because of the game so I couldn’t move rooms. It was bearable for two nights - if I had stayed longer it would have been an issue.
