Absolutely nothing! A horrible place anyone should stay away from.

Horrible, dirty place do not book , room is run down but that¿s not the problem, they did not even change the sheets from the previous stay. Pillows are saggy, thin, and your stomach turns, I asked for another set, but they didn¿t even bother

The hotel is located beside the subway and great restaurants.

The room I had was spacious and very clean. Large bathroom, that was a good distance from the bed. Good heating in winter.

The only negative thing, is that they charge you for storing luggage after checkout - 10 euro for a suitcase and 5 euro for a handbag. I have never been charged for this before, let alone 15 euro! That is not a small amount for me. It leaves a bad feeling with you after a good stay.

Fantastic surprise! I didn’t expect such great value for money in the Almirante Reis area. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the hotel is relatively new. Even on the sixth floor you can hear the metro slightly, but not enough to be a real issue. The location is excellent, just a few meters from the metro station. Good breakfast as well. Overall, a fantastic experience. please try not to increase the prices!

The room was a good size and clean. The staff was very friendly. The Hotel is also very close to a metro station.

There was mold around the window and on the curtain. The bedroom needs renovation.

Breakfast could have started a little earlier. We had to leave at this 7:30 for a tour and it was hard to grab something to eat. Also, please provide wash cloths!

There was no water, tea or coffee in the room when we arrived, but the receptionist gave us some on request. The mini fridge didn't work and never got fixed even after we asked and the safe didn't work

Small issue ,my toilet wasn't firmly affixed to the wall, and the bidet leaked on my room .

The room was very clean and well maintained, the breakfast was good with a nice selection, and overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. I would happily stay here again.

There was nothing in particular to mention. Everything met my expectations, the room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the stay was comfortable overall. I didn’t experience any issues or inconveniences during my visit.

One of the best stays we had , the room was really spacious, well set , coffee and hot water kettle in room, bed was so comfy and big, was perfect as we were travelling with our 10months old baby. Shower and bathroom was also very good. We will definitely recommend,and ll come back soon.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The hotel is really nice and in a great location, close to the metro and bus station, and about a 15 min walk from the city center. Since the metro station is just a few minutes away, almost the entire city is easily reachable. Hotel staff are very polite and friendly, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is excellent.

Great hotel with an excellent location and outstanding service. The comfort level is amazing—you truly feel at home. Rooms are clean, spacious, and cozy. Breakfast offers a good variety and quality. Staff are friendly and professional, providing great service throughout the stay.One downside: there’s no option for dinner at the hotel, which would have made the experience even better.Overall, highly recommended for anyone visiting Lisbon!
