Location and price.

All wood floors in the room with no carpets was a little noisy.

Staff and location

the room needs some attention, the mattresses were very uncomfortable, closet's door was stuck didn't close well, curtains draw rod didn't work. This hotel is not 4 starts, maybe a three.

This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. Poor quality! Old and not worth the price. Cannot believe why this hotel had good review.

Very old and dirty. Staff is okay... about know... everything else, awful. Not worth it.

All was in excellent condition.

Why do Europeans never use wash cloths?

The internet did not work on a regular basis...lot and lots of internet issues

Good location for getting around Lisboa, friendly, helpful staff and very comfortable, affordable hotel.

Beautiful and well maintained

The beds are a little hard but still able to sleep well. The room a little hot. (February). I could not control the temperature.

Brilliant stay here! When we checked in, it was well before check in time but the receptionist moved things around and managed to get a room for us. We didn’t even need to ask her to do this, she simply did it of her own accord. She was so helpful and made the start of our holiday perfect! (I am just sorry I didn’t get her name!) The rooms were clean, spacious and well maintained. It was quiet and in a convenient location for the main town.The bar man, Alan, was very helpful and attentive - we enjoyed happy hour. Also, the bar had a piano session one night which we loved! Overall, the hotel was perfect for our stay ☺️

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful from reception , house keeping and bar staff all my interactions were positive. The reception took time to explain the area provide me with a map and recommendations. This was so helpful as a solo female traveller.

There are no toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers and shower caps in rooms

The room and location were perfect. Near some cafes and restaurants and close to a few Metro stations. The breakfast was super tasty and had lots of choice of hot food, pastries, yoghurt, cereals and fruit.

Everything was great!

From check in and check out the staff were brilliant and always helpful. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and a good size. They had all the amenities you would need or expect. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great so we didn't use the roof top pool, but the bar was lovely.

One potential downside is that I left a plain white T-shirt hanging over the chair in our room and I think the cleaners may have mistaken this for a towel or pillow case or something as I couldn't find it anywhere when packing to leave. I wasn't overly bothered but just something worth mentioning.

Well located in a quiet but convenient area, just next to the park. It is very nice to walk or run near the areaVery comfy bed, and clean room. Simple decoration but have everything you needed. Nice rooftop bar with happy hour; they provide good drinks with fair price

It’s clean and comfortable and the staff was amazing!

I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the roof top bar.

Lovely staff and comfortable rooms, excellent value for money

It was excellent and perfect for us as we enjoyed the walking, but it isn't that close to the main Lisbon centre.

The staff was very friendly. The new rooms are fantastic.the bar is the lobby is very nice. Not far from one of the biggest Christmas markets.

Everything was great. A bit out of the old town but amazing price for the money.

The rooms were stylish, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The area is also good with many good restaurants a few metres away.

Comfy beds, good double glazing to shut out street noise. Lovely little bar and great breakfast. Don't miss the roof top bar!
