Location, location, location. Services and Staff - excellent. Decorations, conditions (new), bar, and breakfast. The hotel is amazing, and the staff went far and beyond to help. Highly recommended.

Hotel was not willing to hold a room even when it was already paid for in advance.

It¿s a great location, and if you¿re a soccer/football fan the branding is spot on. Their is a great CR soccer pub on the ground floor. Room is compact but nice. AC is cold for a euro hotel.

The location was perfect. The breakfast was really good. A lot of healthy options. The staff was really nice and friendly. They even went out of their way to make up coffee at 5am. We really appreciated that.

The only thing missing is a balcony in the rooms.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, close to important places in Lisbon. The service was super nice and welcoming. The room was lovely and comfortable.My birthday was during my stay, and the staff really spoiled me with a cake and desserts over two days. Such a thoughtful gesture . Highly recommended!Thank you so much

Door to bathroom is made of glass so there is a huge gap between it and the wall :) Not practical solution at all

I really liked the unique theme of the hotel, and its location right in the center made it very convenient to get around. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always smiling and helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and overall it was a great stay. I would definitely recommend it.

The bathroom was a bit small in terms of space

Location is great and that’s where it ends for this hotel.

The property is run down. We stayed in room 318 and there is black mold on the bathroom ceiling. Water is supposed to be complimentary in the room but we had to keep asking for it. Pillows are awful, go flat and do not maintain any sort of shape. Bathroom is ridiculously small. Toilet is in a separate room that is so close to the door it’s impossible to close. Such a lack of privacy for a couple. Definitely not an appropriate set up for friends staying together.

The location was near everything we needed to see and do. Food was great (both in the bar and at breakfast). We ESPECIALLY want to give a shout out to the front desk gentleman--I believe his name is Eurico (young, brown hair, relatively new to the hotel--I think he said he's been here 2 months) He was so welcoming, informative, and engaging.Above, I mentioned that our4 special request was not accommodated. We are thrilled it wasn't! We'd asked for twin beds, thinking the usual European bed would be too small for me and my 6'7" husband too comfortably share. It turns out the bed was big enough, and was very comfortable.

I have nothing negative to say about this place.
