This hotel was in a good location, close to the metro, supermarket and food/ drink places. It was reasonably quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a wide selection and decent quality.
The bar never seemed to be functional, with no one around. The room could do with new carpeting.
The location was good for us, as it was away from the crowds, and it was near lots of good restaurants. Our room (a suite) was very comfortable, the wifi was strong, and the breakfast buffet was spot-on.
The hotel is conveniently located near the main metro station, making it easy to reach the city center. Restaurants and a supermarket are close by. Breakfast has a good variety, the rooms are cleaned daily, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Location staff and cleanliness
Breakfast was poor and expensive. There were 6 of us (3 rooms), but only our breakfast was not included. It cost us as much for breakfast, as the dinner we had at a nice restaurant which included wine and after dinner liquor.
Very comfortable and clean hotel with a balcony and exceptional customer service. We were kindly offered an upgrade to a superior room which we gratefully appreciated and the breakfast was especially nice. Hotel staff also very kindly stored our luggage when we arrived at 7.00am we which was a great help. Thank you.
Air conditioning didn’t work as it should but it didn’t impact us as the weather turned cool during our stay.
Large bed, very comfortable. Spacious room. Clean.
Drinks provided. No coffee, no milk or creamer. Only water as a complimentary cold drink. Staff polite and helpful but a little stuffy. We didn’t eat in the hotel, but public areas/ lounge didn’t appear to have a relaxing or warm atmosphere. Overall , decor style was a bit sterile for us.

Nice stay - perfectly serviceable room, clean and had all amenities. We stayed here for 1 night because it was close to the red line to get to the airport, and it was great for that.

Great hotel in a quiet location, still not far from city center and airport (15 mins driving). Subway entrance is around the corner.Good AC system, great breakfast and comfy bed.Free public parking neat the hotel.
Beatrice who worked in the breakfast room was very attentive. I didn't have to ask her for warm milk after the first time.The bed was comfy and the air conditioner worked well. The blinds are electronic. The soap, shampoo and lotion were of good quality.
The carpets really needs to urgently be replaced. It is really letting the hotel down.The shower was a bit finicky.
