First room was dirty and shower had mold and mildew. I asked to change the room and got clean room.

Close to transportation and airport. Nice residential area.

The location was convenient, close to public transport and local shops. The staff were friendly and check-in was easy. The room was clean and quiet.

The lactation, close to metro station and restaurants.

The hotel was comfortable, and reasonably priced. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is well equipped with clean with a modern look to it. Shower was lovely with a good pressure to it. Breakfast was varied and although not the best was very good value. Location was in a good spot with plenty of restsurants and cafés nearby. Also very near the metro.

The coffee could be a bit nicer and the Orange Juice is way too sweet. It would be nice to offer propertea and coffee facilities in the room with milk etc.

Beautiful room. Loved that they provide shaving and toothbrush toiletries very thoughtful. When arrivrd there was large bottle of water.Spotlessly clean. Excellent value for money

Location found it very hard to get to attractions and city centre but its good to get to airport. No kettle in room and although toilettries kindly replaced water wasnt. Breakfast was extra. Breakfast was not good so did not book again.

Room was exceptional. They left big bottle of water no other hotel I been to does that. Thank you. In bathroom there were vanity kits packets toothbrushes with toothpaste and a razer in packet with small shaving cream - Ive never seen this before and I appreciate it as my razor broke during my stay. Staff helpful. Spotlessly clean

Location was terrible although near metro and bus stops it was impossible to find or get to any attractions. It was too far from city centre making it a nightmare to get back to. Coffee machine did t work at breakfast and what little came out of it was cold. I only had breakfast once. Also my room only had tea no coffee.

The hotel staff were very nice and helpful; they let me check in early cause I arrived in the morning without a fee. They even offered me breakfast on the first day as a birthday gift. The hotel is accessible to different metro stations and close to the city centre.

We had to see 2 rooms before we were presented with the room we booked initially. There was a weird stain in the floor in the bathroom.

Air con leaked on day 1, so had to shift rooms as water was dripping down so bad, Wi-Fi in upper floors is slow to support video calls. Could do with a few improvements and updates.

I loved how spacious the room was. I also loved the view and that the hotel was close to a metro station! The cleaning staff really made sure to keep the place clean, replace towels regularly, etc. really well-run hotel!

No complaints, just noticed the pipes in the shower need to be fixed, as they're leaking a little bit.

Easy to get too and friendly staff, loads of restaurants near by and also a Aldi or Lidl can’t remember about a 5 min walk away

That I had two single beds, not sure if I chose a room with a double but only regret was that.

Very honest staff. Left my watch behind and remembered so came back and the cleaning staff had handed it in so I got it back.

Rooms very dated, bathroom particularly needs a refurb. Safe not working because they had chosen not to renew the security contract, not great.

This is a real hotel, all renovated, only 4 apartments per floor. Great location in a middle class neighborhood, with two metro stations within walking distance. The white bathroom is huge. Staff is friendly and very efficient. The lady at the front desk was able to extend my stay in the same room, for which I will remain grateful.

The room is super clean, new, comfy beds and pillows, friendly staff, and location is amazing. Lots of cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, transports, all around.Saldanha is a very popular neighborhood in Lisbon, used to be very Portuguese, 20-30min walking far from the centre. Lovely walk by the way.I truly recommend this accommodation

They let me check in early. They had water and a small refrigerator in the room. They let me check out late.

Very clean, great location, nice , kind people.
