    Pros +

    • Staff were nice and the location is very convenient.
    • Clean and location
    • The location was great and the room was clean. Breakfast was delicious. You can park on the street and that was very convenient as we rented a car to travel to the countryside.

    Cons -

    • The bed feels a lot like sleeping on the floor. Outlets are behind the bedside tables. The shower is impossible to use without getting the entire bathroom soaked. Breakfast wasn't impressive.
    • The room had 2 single beds instead of 1 double as we had booked and hotel didn't inform us that they didn't have availability. The bathroom was tiny - one can barely move there. Also the breakfast place was crowded - small tables, little space and you would disturb several other people in order to get to your chair.
    • The bathroom was very uncomfortable, toilet seat literally linked in one side to a wall with a sharp corner where I kept banging my elbow, old furniture, no table on the balcony and it would have been useful to have it to put a cup of tea on it while admiring the view, or to do some work on the balcony. The walls were very thin, I could hear the neighbors showering, the doors were impossible to close without banging, so every morning, starting at 6.30 AM there was a lot of noise that would wake me up.. Also, I would have liked a more generous variety of healthy food at breakfast, some vegetables, other than cucumbers and tomatoes, there was a lot of ulta-processed food, lots of pastries and sweets that made it difficult for me to enjoy breakfast for the 7 days I was there.

Good location, balcony, nice view, close to the park and important tourist sites, easy to get to from the airport.

-Rooms with balcony got beautiful view. Also got good natural ventilation.

-The complimentary coffee and water provided in the room are only for one-time use, regardless of how many days you stay.-There was a musty smell in the room. Although not entirely sure, we thought it might be coming from the carpet.-The room isn’t very small, but it’s not functional. There’s no space to open a second suitcase. The bathroom is very cramped.-Breakfast wasn’t terrible, but it was below my expectations. At the very least, the boiled eggs could have been served warm or hot.

Standard 3-star, nothing more, nothing less. Clean, central. Staff a bit aloof – but got a free room upgrade. The hotel's location is ideal.

Room (and bathroom) dated and rather tight. The cleaning staff is far too loud early in the morning, for a place with such tiny hallways.

Excellent buffet style breakfast every morning. Location was great, within walkind distance to sites to visit.

Bathroom bath/tub/shower very precarious to enter and exit in tight quarters (and to open half swing clear door it takes up most of the bathroom to enter tub).

Hotel was clean and with good wiev. Place was quiet, breakfast was tasty

    A bit far from Metro

I liked stuff members at reception and also the crew that served breakfast. They were all nice and helpful. Hotel is in nice location and 30 minutes walk to the city centre. 15 minutes walk to Aqueduct if you want to visit. There was a coffee machine in the room but if you need more capsules that initial two, you need to pay additionally. Room was clean.

Hotel is outdated and would need some renovation. Room was very small. There was no kettle in the room. Also it’s really noisy, all the sounds coming from the corridor and other rooms.

Quiet location, easy to catch Ubers, rental cars next door. Front staff was friendly.

One small elevator. Older look and feel regarding decor. Breakfast wasn’t great - eggs were awful, pastries bland, and this is comparing to 4 other hotels I just stayed at.

Very nice hotel with excellent breakfast.

The rooms were not ready at the chech-in time, we actually had to wait quite a while and no clear explanation as to why.

I really enjoyed my stay at SANA Rex hotel. The staff spoke English very well and they were very friendly and helpful. Even when I was not sure how to get to another city they came to my rescue. The bedrooms were very clean and it had all the amenities that you could ask for inside them. They were fairly large and they were quiet where I did not hear neighbors next to me. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. It was one of the best breakfasts I've ever had staying at a hotel and it's included in the price. It's fairly easy to get to downtown because it's mainly all downhill but it is a good hike. On the way home at least if you go down the main Street there are park benches that you can take us rest in between your trudging back up the hill towards King Edward II's Park. There isn't a lot of restaurants close by but if you're going downtown there's so many along the way that you can get whatever type of food you want. There is a McDonald's as well as a Burger King fairly close by. All in all I give this hotel a 10 out of 10 and they did a fantastic job in taking care of me and I will stay there again next time I come too Lisbon.

I really can't complain about anything because everything was very good. You're not that far away from the airport and it only cost me 12 euros to get there not including a tip. So overall you're fairly close to the airport but you're not that far away from the train station Orient. So I would have to say I have nothing to complain about it's a perfect place to stay for you and your family.

Clean and comfortable room, good breakfast. Perfect location - not noisy and near to metro station. Would stay here again.

The location of the hotel was just what we needed. The breakfast was well made and the set up everyday was very good. The staff at the desk was very helpful and helped made our stay productive.

    Nothing, Everything went well.

The reception was very helpful especially Mr. Andre. The other staff was helpful as well.

The toilet seat was attached to the wall and it t was very congested.

Clean. Well located across the park. 7min walk to Marquee Pombal, metro station and tours. 35min walk to downtown Lisbon

Very clean. Great staff. Delicious breakfast included

Very well located property. Loved the balcony. Very good value for money.

Cooked breakfast appeared to be cooked in the bain marie so when I went very early the food still appeared to be cooking.
