Location, location and location.
Central location was great, excellent value for being so close to the middle of everything. Stately, historic building. Bar on the roof had friendly staff and an excellent view. Reception was pleasant and all staff was fluent in English. We even received robes and slippers to make us feel like real VIPs!
Nothing, really. Everything was wonderful, the only minor detail would be that the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need with the exception of a wine corkscrew.
Location was great, close to everything. Staff was was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. We were able to see the new year fireworks from the top roof of the hotel.

Location is AMAZING! Metro right there, taxi's near by and walking is easy to get to different parts of the city. Breakfast was good. Lots of choices and convenient. The rooftop bar area was nice. I'm sure in the summer months it's even better. We had sun and sat out with snacks and drinks.
The bed was pretty firm, but standard in Europe.

The deteriorated dwelling that didn’t match with a 4 Stars Hotel.Very Old and several spots in carpets, bathrooms with floors full of deteriorated tiles.Loosen bidet and cheap work around bathtub.

Easy check-in. Minimal lobby. Location good, but crowded street with numerous tour buses just in front of the hotel day and night and ever-present pan handlers at the door. Roof top bar was OK. Didn't use the roof top pool.
Front desk not helpful unless they represented a tour company with whom they had a financial arrangement. Facilities old and in disrepair including bathtub, sink, kitchen, etc. Housekeeping only so-so. Breakfast room very crowded with a line to get in. Food was OK but didn't return after the first morning due to the crowd.
It was amazing, location perfect, staff were so friendly, rooms are so clean and big. We were three me and my brothers and it was so comfortable, we could cook out own food. the kitchen in the room have everything needed. It was just perfect
