Perfect in every way. Staff was beyond excellent. Cleanliness of rooms was spectacular. Very beautiful indoor pool!

Noise of maintenance in the same floor and we asked them to stop it but they are committed to a deadline !! They charged extra 15€ for any request from room services

15 minute queue for breakfast on Saturday . For the room rate paid this is not ok . Poor outdoor pool- small and crescent shaped so not possible to swim properly in it . And noisy because of main roads . Hotel is situated at busy road junction in unattractive part of town

Most comfortable bed ever.Great rooms fabulous bar and terrace

Room is clean, and spacious, stayed for 8 nights, deck view is good. bed is very comfortable and soft. Shower flow is strong and water is strong good, Standing shower space is good for my size as well.

The location is a bit walking away if you want me to say something not happy, compared with those those hotels right along the shopping street. You need walk up a little slope to arrive at hotel.

The people, the amenities, the response to every request. The service and the food were exceptional.The Bar in the lobby has an amazing sushi menu do not miss it and tomato soup was phenomenal.

Breakfast closes early on a Saturday/Sunday for a midday brunch service which annoyed me as a guest. Breakfast Buffet set up and seating arrangements can be improved.

It was a STUNNING property ! Our suite was large and AMAZING! The staff was great ! Especially the staff at the bar the manager Alex was great and everyone . We loved our private car and driver we had arranged via their amazing concierge ! We day a day trip to Porto ! Def will return ! Loved it! 5 stars all the way

The breakfasts were to expensive. I feel it is overpriced and I was not allowed to my payment for it online using my Amex card.

I still have not received a detailed receipt for my stay. I believe this was to be emailed to me.

Fantastic spa, great common areas and spacious rooms

We had a heating problem with our room, I call reception but it never got solved, during our 4 days the heating system didn't really worked well. Another surprise was the breakfast on Sunday (at 55€ per person) finishes at 10:30 and they take away everything.

Enjoyed the breakfast . Felt it was a bit pricey but a wonderful selection. We did have breakfast a bit late and found they starting removing food from the Buffett in order to set up for Christmas Eve brunch . Staff apologized for gently prompting us to finish, but in hindsight probably best to have made us aware before we sat down.

breakfast room and service is superb. Flowers and decoration in the hal are superb as wellRooms are large.

The idric service in the room was malfunctioning.Water was coming out not smooth, often with impurities and it took time and patience to mix hot and cold water.In summary, water system in the room needs better maintanance

paying very high price for suite and they cannot even carry up ice cream food delivery for “security”. Not 5stars. staff very friendly, simply bad management. literllay 30min checkin (no waiting in line, just a million useless questions instead if just giving the key). incredibly slow.

Freindly helpful staff, great pool, great location

The hotel itself was tired and rooms need updating. No kettle in the room. Bar Food round the pool was very expensive. Our shower and electricity both stopped working at times.
