The hotel is super clean, super cute, and the location is just perfect.
The staff is super unfriendly, borderline rude. Made the stay a little unpleasant. Which is too bad, given the fact that the hotel is super nice.
Great location, nice staff, beautiful room, great view, good breakfast.
Location was perfect.
I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The rooftop bar was closed and no food was being served, neither of which was mentioned before booking. We booked through Booking.com and paid extra for a balcony city-view room, reserving two weeks in advance and keeping in regular contact. Despite this, we were given the wrong room on arrival. The staff showed no apology or accountability for the mistake and didn’t offer any refund for the extra we had paid. We were able to move to the correct room for our second night, but even then we noticed that all toiletries—like soap—had been removed, presumably because we had already used the ones from the first room. Both rooms felt old and dated, and overall the experience left a lot to be desired. The kitchen odor from the first room was unbearable and you could not have the window open. After the room change, the staff became noticeably cold and unfriendly. They blamed Booking.com and claimed they had no record of our balcony room booking, which was quite frustrating.I would only recommend this hotel for a very short stay due to its convenient location. For longer visits, I believe there are better hotels nearby that offer more comfort, cleanliness, and genuinely friendly service.
It is centrally located to restaurants, metro, and tram. The rooftop bar is small but very nice and Juan made it better. Wi-Fi was efficient. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.
Photos shown on the websites are deceiving. What looked like an in hotel bar, was really the restaurant next door. This is where breakfast is served. Even though two booking sites said English was spoken, we found that the staff’s English was very limited with the exception of Juan. We tried speaking other languages we know, Spanish,Italian, but no luck. This hotel needs a refurbishment. It looks tired and rooms are very dark as pointed out by other reviews.
LGBT+ friendly. How close it was to all of the nightlife in Bairro Alto
I would recommend better warm lighting in the restrooms to use for better make up application.
Very dark decor. Poor lighting. Cheap wood floor that squeaked when you walked around. I wouldn't stay there again
Great location. Comfortable beds. Rooftop bar and friendly staff that let us store our luggage before check in and after check out.
Elevator was broken and hard to go up and down but got fixed by next morning
Perfect boutique hotel right in Bairro Alto! The staff was kind and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!
Comfortable and central
Small rooms though as advertised. Lighting is too law in the restaurant and in the rooms.
The room was pretty and well maintained.I was well received and the staff was very welcoming upon my arrivalThe location was great. The rooftop was amazingOnce they fixed the issue in my room, it was perfect.
The window in my room wasn't closed off properly so I would hear all the noise on the street. The first night I slept through it as I was exhausted but the second night, I wasn't able to sleep as the hotel is on a touristy street ( but great location) and heard noise all the time ( people yelling, cars passing by, garbage truck at 6am).When I mentioned, it at the reception, they said they were going to look into it. But when I arrived in my room that night, I still could hear all the street noise - so I went back to the reception to mention this. There was no other room available so I had to sleep again in a noisy room. Luckily, I used towels to fix the problem partially myself. The next day, I commented about it again and by the next night it was finally fixed and I slept like a rose. So yes, the rooms are sound proof but I was disappointed in the way and the speeds the staff handled it - slow reaction, no apologies.
Nice design. Great location. Big room.
Uncomfortable bed. Bad sound isolation.
Very central
You have to pay for filtered water. No facilities
Easy check in. Great location in Lisbon.
Dark room
Good location, trendy designed hotel very helpful staff.
perfect location with easy access to so many tourist sites. Close to metro station and tram stops as well for easy access to all areas of Lisbon. Spacious rooms with modern design. Nice breakfast as well with good variety and good service. Outstanding, very helpful staff as well.
The location was excellent but we had no air conditioning in our room.9
The fact there was no A/C and this was not resolved our whole stay. Staff didn’t check up on us - we had to just deal with it.
