AlmaLusa Alfama

Hotel Design Concept ✨️ is amazing. Location is fantastic.

It was not such pleasant experience when I requested a half hour extension on check out.

Breakfast was ample with the egg omelet.

The room we were given was very small (we went for the cheapest room on offer). But the decor and design as thoughtful as possible. The sisal carpet floor, heavy curtains and the small touches. It was worth the sacrifice in terms of space and our budget. Next time we will go for a bigger room!

Great location. Close to city center and attractions. Staff extremely nice and helpful. Good breakfast. We would come back.

No complaints

It’s a beautiful property. The staff was so friendly and stood up when we came to the front desk to ask a question. They gave great recommendations for dinner places to eat and it was delicious! The room was beautifully decorated and the lobby when you walked in was warm and inviting. They even helped us with our luggage.

Good location so we could walk to many local attractions or jump on a bus or tram. Helpful and friendly staff with excellent recommendations for local restaurants. Very comfortable, quiet and clean room with great attention to detail.

The key to the door - which was attached to the card for the room lights. So, to lock the door you had to lose the lights and then put the card back into the slot in the dark! Just give us a separate card for the lights or 2 sets of room keys.

Good, clean, solid hotel - great shower and very comfy bed. Couldn’t hear anything noise outside and would recommend.

The only thing I’d note is perhaps the sound proofing between the rooms or at least room to hallway isn’t great (but there’s very good soundproofing to outside which is great!)

Just perfect. Traditional building well and tastefully renovated. Staff amazing. Super attentive. Making everything easy. Rooms tasteful. Excellent mattress and cushions. And towels.

The friendliness of the staff, all of the wonderful gifts including the chocolate lava cake, and the location.

Great location. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast. Lovely quiet room. A farewell gift. There is a good selection of restaurants close by. Easy access to city and Alfama

The location was fantastic, the rooms welcoming and clean, the staff very friendly and attentive.

A lovely hotel, absolutely gorgeous room. Very generous size and exceptionally clean and comfortable. Very attentive and friendly staff who took care of us and we loved the cakes delivered to our room.

This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in - small and intimate. The staff could not have been more helpful both before and during our stay there. I would recommend you let them arrange for your airport to hotel limo transfer. It was flawless. The hotel is also very well located for the cruise port. It is located in the old town close to many restaurants, shops and the main sights. We were upgraded to a front facing suite which was beautifully decorated and furnished to a high standard. It does have some interior rooms which I can’t comment on. I would certainly return there.

Absolutely nothing.

Everything was outstanding (staff, location, services, breakfast)! Super recommend it!

The location is perfect. Right next to metro, bus stations and in the heart of the city without all the noises of the city center. It’s very cozy and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and always tidy when we were retuning back to rest.

The breakfast good have more variety of products.

The location and staff!

The rooms were beautiful but small.

Pristine room and awesome location. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was delicious! Would stay again!

Nothing, flawless experience!

AlmaLusa Alfama is a small but cozy boutique hotel that truly captures the charm of Lisbon’s historic Alfama district. Despite its compact size, the hotel feels warm and welcoming, with stylish décor and a comfortable atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The location is absolutely perfect — tucked in the heart of Alfama, it’s just a short walk from key sights, great restaurants, and the scenic viewpoints that make this area so special. It’s also surprisingly convenient if you’re arriving by car, with public parking located nearby, making access much easier than in most parts of central Lisbon.Overall, AlmaLusa Alfama is an excellent choice for travelers looking for an authentic Lisbon stay with comfort, convenience, and character

The room was small and the air conditioning could have been stronger, although the window facing the quiet courtyard with its elegant shutters helped improve the airflow.

This is an outstanding property with great value for the money. You are greeted by wonderful staff who are friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. They provided extras like a smart phone to borrow for local calls, umbrellas, and the ability to buy vouches for the Hop On Hop Off bus. The hotel is well located, quiet and was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable and the linens top notch. The included breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

I have no complaints at all.

Great location, wonderful staff. Exactly what you need for a short stay in Lisbon. Probably better suited to couples rather than a family trip

Great location Lovely part of Lisbon Walk everywhere Lovely, helpful staff

Bar area very small in November.
