Good location. Clean rooms.

No where secure to store luggage before/after checkout. They watch it but it didn’t seem safe to us.

The Humidity In The Room Is Bad . Moisture Will Soak Your Clothes & Shoes If You Leave Them Near A Window There.

The location for us to be able to walk to the cruise ship in 10 minutes was awesome The location to downtown was all in walking distance the activity was very vibrant & lots of fun not to mention a tremendous amount of food restaurants

We were quite happy with everything There was nothing wrong

There isn't a big variety foe breakfast as we eat vegetarian. The cheese were on the same platter as the cold meats,the egg in the same containers as the meat options. So we basically had only toast with butter for breakfast

Great location and surprisingly quiet. We couldn't hear any noise even though it was a busy street. The room was small but ok, since we weren't staying that long.

Requests made in advance for breakfast weren't properly registered, the front desk receptionist on check in was informed they had the wrong information but it was apparently still not followed through. At breakfast, we had a particularly sensitive moment with one staff member referring to me in a rude manner only to be called out (I had to say I was sitting right there) and he just vanished, no apologies. If you want to comment on guests, maybe don't talk so loud where they are sitting and can hear you.

1.One of Front office staff had a really terrible attitude. 2.Room was not up to any four stars standards 3. Room walls has scratches 4.Bed was in terrible shape as springs were too noisy and completely not comfortable 5.Room floor carpet had stains

I thought the room was very clean and tidy and staff were friendly

Only downside was they only supplied one pillow

The room was incredibly dirty and reminiscent of a cheap Airbnb, additionally the room smelled of sewage to the extent that I had to sleep with the windows open in December.

Everything clean and in order. Room temperature was perfect, location is the best for this hotel. I stay only one night before taking a cruise and I was able to go to cruise port on foot with my bags, is really near the pier. Also very centrally located to walk the city.

Bed needs improvement it wasn’t an issue for me but there was another client that was creating trouble for the hostess because of this. I slept very well.

The location was incredible, the rooms were big and comfertable, the staff was mostly nice and accomodating and as silly as this may sound, they had english speaking channels on TV and it was nice to have something to watch before falling asleepAlso on my birthday they left me a nice surprise in the room, muffins and liquor and it was really surprising and heart warming.

There's only one elevator and it is very slow.There was a constant issue with the AC, although it did work, sometimes it would shut off and not allow to turn on on cool mode until the staff fixed it. On the last night we had to ask for it twice, it just shut off while we were asleep and the heat woke us up, we had to ask the staff again.

For price it was amazing tbh. I expected less and found myself in a small single room but it's all I need as a solo traveller. bed and bathroom with a window. Minibar and tv. They held my luggage at the front for about 4 hours before my check in time which was great at no cost. Single bed was comfy, I didn't find it loud at all, and that's what most reviews complain about in Lisbon the most I find. Got a very restful nights sleep. Location is amazing too. Nothing bad to say at all.

I needed to add an extra night to my stay and the staff was very nice in making sure I did not have to change rooms. They also loaned us an electrical adapter.

The counter at the bathroom sink didn't go all the way to the wall, so things can fall off.

Evening desk person tried to extort city tax that I paid in cash when I arrived. Then upon returning to the hotel at 9:30 pm she was locked out. It took 40 minutes to get into the hotel. We had a 5:30 -am taxi to the airport. Ridiculous
