Clean, decor was really nice and modern, friendly staff

The bunk bed stairs really hurt our feet, it was hard to climb to the top bunk. The shower floor filled up with water because it wasn't draining properly and then spilled out all over the bathroom floor when the shower door opened. They sent someone to fix it but it still filled up on the next shower.

Our stay at Jam was perfect. We love the unique look and decor of the building and rooms plus everything being eco friendly and sustainable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the view from the deck and the upstairs pool was incredible.

I have a room with a queen bed but also two twin bed, we are a couple only with not kids, no need extra beds. the matters and pillows were not comfortable. Price too high for what we have.

Not in a walking distance to the historical city centre

The hotel rooms are industrial chic, a very nice and unusual design and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to see "self identified" on the WC signs.

The hotel is quite far from the city centre and even farther from the airport.

The breakfast wasn't included in the price. In such situations, we always like to have breakfast at a busy and buzzing place. The location is about 20 minutes from the downtown / happening places. It's both good and not so good. You get little peace and quite, yet you want the happenings around.

Frankly there was nothing that we didn't like. The room was comfortable and nicely done. The lobby was done fabulously. If we had time to lounge around, we would have spent more time in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I loved the vibe of the whole place —the art, decor, furniture design, etc. The staff was warm and helpful. My room was clean, had a view, and everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean , organized , great location

Charming/quirky decor; loved that the room had 4 bunk beds making it ideal if you had a family or larger group. The rooftop bar was great.

Location a bit off the beaten path but if you don’t mind a walk (15 minutes) it’s no problem - plus Ubers are super cheap.

A perfect place to meet fellow travelers, relax by the rooftop pool with a cocktail, and enjoy the ocean view! Clean and comfortable, trendy and welcoming, this is a wonderful hotel for a few nights in Lisbon.

No refrigerador in room, nowhere to keep ice or outside food, no microwave, no tv, very dark room and cameras in the room. No restaurant for lunch or dinner

There was a fair amount of noise and for some reason every night until about 3 o’clock it sounded like there was a rave going on somewhere close byHowever, this might be ideal for a very young traveller
