Hotel is an excellent value for the money. Employees friendly and welcoming. Went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Hotel is in a quaint, quiet area of the city with many food and drink options. Shopping district with everything is a 5 minute walk. 25 minutes to airport, 15 minutes to cruise port.

It was in a great location within walking distance of tons of local attractions. A lot of hills so be prepared to walk. We got optional parking on location which was great. We loved the pool after a long day of sightseeing.

Tomas did a wonderful job welcoming us and giving us suggestions for things to do. Parking was right on the property and clean. I definitely will stay here again.

The apartment was very spacious and provided good separation of the bedroom from the kitchen area. The double windows do a very good job of keeping out street sounds.I wish I had stayed here additional time. The nearby area had lots of small bars and restaurants. There was also a nearby comprehensive grocery with which to stock the fridge. There is an elevator/lift. That is a much appreciated benefit when staying in the older parts of a city.I had frequent, helpful communication with the staff, making this an easy booking. I would definitely book here again!

Size of apartment is more than large. Walking distance to everywhere in Alfama.

Very clean apartment. Nice kitchen, beautiful bathroom. Comfortable king bed. The host was very helpful upon our arrival. Nice staff. Well located in Old Lisbon. However, expect to walk a lot in hills, uneven streets and sidewalks and many stairs. It was a bit problematic for us as we are both in our sixties with hip replacements. That, of course, has nothing to do with the quality of the apartment but the location might not be the best for older people as it can get tiring to walk.

The lock on the main door entrance must be changed. It is not very safe and doesn't lock very well. Twice in 2 days we came back to the apartment at night and the door was unlock. Didn't makes us feel really safe. Saw many beggars and homeless people in the area asking for money.When you take a shower, make sure to put 2 towels on the floor because the water splash easily on the floor. Comments not related to the property but good to know: There are many restaurants within the area, but sadly most are not run by local Portuguese but by Indians. Nothing against the Indians of course, but being in Lisbon, I expected to eat in traditional Portuguese restaurants with Portuguese cooks and chefs. There was one near the property that was a typical one with Fado singers. That was excellent. However, within 1-2 km from the property, real traditional Portuguese restaurants are the exception, not the norm. My wife, being Portuguese, was very disappointed with this situation. Often it felt that we were in New Delhi and not Lisbon. I guess Lisbon has changed a lot in the last few years.Old Lisbon is very old and it shows. Buildings, streets and roads are very worn out. For some it may constitutes a nice cachet. We much preferred Belem where there was more local places and much cheaper prices for eating out.

Beautiful spacious apartment with amazing views. Facilities were excellent. Location was great - near lots of bars and restaurants. Apartment was quiet and relaxing although it is in a busy area. Loved our stay and didn’t want to leave.

Excellent location, excellent friendly service. The location meant we could walk most places in the centre. The apartment is extremely well appointed with all the amenities.

There was just one small thing we didn’t like: there was no milk provided.

The apartment is spacious and clean, with a terrific view, comfortable beds, and a huge bathtub. The staff members are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Fantastic location near the castle, with many restaurants, sights, and a rooftop bar in close walking distance.

Tomas was INCREDIBLE. Our experience in Lisbon started poorly and we had to switch accommodations mid trip - we contacted Apartments Pateo and were able to make a reservation for that night and dropped off our stuff that morning. Tomas went above and beyond to make sure we had a positive experience and felt safe, secure and happy in Lisbon. He turned our trip around and I am so, so grateful.

Spacious apartment and great location. Comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. Great bathrooms.

We found a cockroach in one of the bedrooms. We had to pay extra for parking.

Everything was perfect? The location of the apartments is excellent, in the very center and almost everything is within walking distance. very spacious room with everything you need inside. The terrace deserves special praise??

Superb view of the city, large apartment, lovely lighting, great street with a few bars and restaurants on, away from the more touristy area and super friendly hosts.
