- The best location possible in the Centro District of Lisbon.
- It's a very nice hotel, with spacious rooms. The bathroom was a bit on the small side. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet as long as the windows were closed. the location was perfect--a block from Restauradores and Rossio.
- Location, room was clean except for mold in the shower
Cons -
- Smallest elevator ever, required moving the luggage with one person and the other took the stairs.
- DO NOT BOTHER WITH THE BREAKFAST. Poor quality "food". Instant "coffee". We tried a few bites, and gave up. They were nice enough to accept the complaint, and didn't charge us for it. But I suspect this wasn't the first time they heard the complaint.
- Small room, super small shower, some of the staff was friendly but some just seemed so exhausted that you felt bad asking anything.

The best location possible in the Centro District of Lisbon.
Smallest elevator ever, required moving the luggage with one person and the other took the stairs.

Location, location , location. Friendly front desk. Bakery/small market in the corner. Good beds.
Carpets in hallways ould be cleaner. Small lobby small elevator. Small room for 3. Expected for Europe standard vey small bathroom.
