The retro 70 look and the brick size remote they give you at check in.

We checked in and went to the room that had a strong chemical smell like moth balls, we were thinking what they spray to kill the bugs. We were given another room that had the same smell so bad that my wife was coughing and choking. We then cancelled the reservation and left asking for a full refund as the room was not up to basic standards. And a funny thing there was a tour group of 10 people who were all complaining about their reservations as we were leaving. I walked out and put a claim into Booking.com for a full refund of which they said they will consult the hotel at which they responded that there were no other customers that complained about the chemical smell!It has been 12 days since the cancellation the hotel is attempting to do nothing about the refund and shame on Booking.com for researching the hotel and not giving some recourse to their customers.Can't forget I have better rags with less holes than their bath towels.

Easy access to metro, downtown. Decent breakfast

The carpets in the room, bad humidity smell, the fact of having to climb in the bath for a shower, the showerhead was too high

Furniture is very old, breakfast is very basic, mostly bread. In general the hotel is outdated. We paid almost €200 for 1 night, not worth it

Good location, friendly and helpful staff

In need of a refresh or renovation. Rooms are outdated including old plastic door keys, furniture and decor. Bathroom need more than maintenance including rust and broken parts. Bed sheets & bath towels also need to be replaced.loud Construction next door will last until next year.

The location was great for us and we slept well. We had breakfast included which was sufficient. Staff very friendely. Overall a good choice for us.

I imagine hotels were like this in the 70s. It could use an update, new furniture, etc.

The location is good, indeed.

Unfortunately, there is a construction next to the hotel and it was so noisy all of the day. My room was on the first floor and the workers were literally walking in front of my windows. So no privacy and definitely no rest. I was planning to stay at least for a week, but I was forced to leave after a couple of nights.

Very friendly especially Bruno the the barman. Good location. Clean comfortable room.

Good central location with helpful and friendly staff. A decent buffet breakfast, albeit a little basic and bready. Some facilities were basic but good for the low price.

No bath plug available, even on request!

It was clean and had good space.

No tea and coffee making facilities.Didn't ask for my room to be cleaned but it was cleaned anyway and some items I had left on the bedside table were thrown out when they shouldn't have been.
