Everything about this boutique hotel was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Great room (204), terrific breakfast, perfect location!

We actually ended our 3 week holiday with our 2 nights at Boemio FLH. Should have come sooner!!

Property location was ideal. However keep in mind there are a lot of homeless people wandering and hanging around outside in the square. Other than that the hotel is beautiful, rooms are very cozy, and breakfast has a wonderful selection!

We visited Lisbon for a quick day trip and picked this hotel without much though. We were positively surprised! The Staff were great and the room was spotless clean. Locations as very convenient and the breakfast was very nice.

Close to city center, friendly staff, clean

Many unhoused and gypsy people congregate right outside the door so they have to keep the property door locked at all times. Makes for an uncomfortable entrance/exit especially at night. They are also loud late into the night.The front door is not at the street so you must drag your luggage through the square and cannot get picked up at the door which means no luggage help if needed.Breakfast starts late at 8am with no earlier option or any to-go snacks.

Such a beautiful room and the bathroom was massive. The patio opening on to the square was a beautiful way to start the day. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were exceptional. Location was so close to so many things we wanted to see and do.

Great location- the staff was super helpful navigating the metro system and giving us ideas for dinner.

The room was on the 4th floor and the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor and having to carry luggage upstairs was not convenient.

Location was good - close to Alfama and Bairro Alto - walkable to lots of sites and close to transit. The morning breakfast was amazing, the rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly.

Only bad thing was the corner outside of the hotel had a lot of people loitering in the evening that was a little offputting

Beautifully restored historic building, very comfortable and quiet but in the center of everything. Beautiful boutique design and enjoyed the free coffee and cake/sweets all throughout the afternoon and evening - perfect pick me up after walking around or coming back to the hotel in the evening.

While I always felt safe, the gatherings of people/panderers outside the hotel made me feel like I needed to be on high alert when entering or exiting the hotel. The location can’t be beat just wish there was more enforcement to make the square more open.

It is in an area that is not safe at night. The room smells and very noise at night. It is overpriced.

The location was very central to most attractions in Lisbon. We were able to walk everywhere. We were also a 5 minute walk to Rossio station, so it was very easy to do a day-trip to Sintra. The breakfast was great, lots of options for a continental breakfast. The staff was very helpful.

As it is in a central square, it could sometimes be a bit nosy, but nothing excessive. And yes, given its central location, there are a lot of people around, but we never felt unsafe.

We had a truly perfect stay! The location was ideal, allowing us to enjoy everything the area has to offer with ease. The breakfast was fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious, making each morning a treat. What really made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional staff — they were always friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests with a smile. Their warmth and professionalism made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would gladly return.

Friendliest staff, very welcoming and always helpful. The rooms are super nice and comfortable. They have everything that is needed amd at the reception lobby you can serve yourself some coffee or daily cake which are to die for!

We had a great stay here. It is centrally located and comfortable. The breakfast is quite nice. But most of all, the staff were excellent. Very helpful and friendly.
