Cons -
- One small thing, the mini bar menu wasn¿t in sight and we didn¿t know the nuts weren¿t complimentary.
- Room was small but half expected being in the centre of the city.
- Had to climb stairs to the 3rd floor which made it hard with luggage.

We stayed at the Nicola Rossio Hotel as part of our honeymoon and we enjoyed every minute of our stay! The location is fantastic and the the staff were so kind and helpful! During the check-in we were offered Pastel de Belém along with port wine. We also got an upgrade to a bigger room and were welcomed with some sparkling wine and a card to enjoy our honeymoon. That was very lovely of the hotel, thank you again! We felt very welcomed and when we come back to Lisbon we’ll definitely choose Nicola Rossio Hotel.
Excellent location, very helpful staff, great breakfast.
Excellent location, very helpful staff, great breakfast.
Clean, friendly staff, great location,
Room was small but half expected being in the centre of the city.
Our stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful! It exceeded all our expectations. The location couldn't have been better - close to a metro station, the railway, and many main attractions. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the warm gesture on my birthday. When the staff learned it was my special day, they surprised me with a cake. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I would totally recommend this place.
Location was Great and staff( Anise ) were very helpful.
Had to climb stairs to the 3rd floor which made it hard with luggage.
Monica at the front desk was beyond helpful and kind. She suggested an amazing local restaurant for dinner and even called and got us last minute reservations. The location of the hotel and decor was phenomenal. Also, the welcome drink and dessert were a wonderful touch!
The bathroom sink design caused water to spill when used.
Hotel staff were lovely and super helpful. They helped us for the early checkin which was very kind of them. Hotel location was very central and close to every landmark and attraction with walking distance.
Breakfast was small in terms of selection but it was still enough.

Right in the centre of everywhere ,for restaurants train ,trams etc
Location is in the center, very close to Elevador de Santa Justa, to Rua Augusta street, Praça do Comércio and other few attractions.
The entrance is in the back street, so the taxi cannot come till the hotel's door. Also lots ot homeless and beggars on that back street. One night there was karaoke or something in the nearby restaurant and the noise was too much.
Good breakfast. Good room. Welcoming with a glass of port!
All good
We stayed only a couple of days, so it was a great base for seeing Lisbon. Friendly staff, very accommodating for any needs or information. There is the most amazing rooftop bar located right across the street-lots of stairs, but well worth the trek up- amazing city views. Very clean. Great choice for a couple of nights and excellent central location.
Catered very well for a large group.Comfy, spacious rooms.Perfect location right in the centre of the city, only a 10 minute walk down to the waterside.Great bar out the front of the hotel.
Excellent locationStaff attentiveRoom relaxing
Breakfast buffet cold food from steamtable cold scrambled eggs
Great location, lovely decor, good shower, comfy beds, friendly staff.
Only additional thing that I would have liked was a kettle to make a cuppa tea. The room had coffee making facilities but I'm not a coffee drinker.
Really central location and close to several train and metro stations. Very close to the train station to take the train to Sintra. Very clean room and bathroom, friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Offered pastel de nata when checking in! Room was also spacious with good storage areas. Noise from the street is minimal. Heating system was good. Would highly recommend for a stay in Lisbon. They also have secure luggage storage facilities to leave your bag.
