- Location .
- Location is good, in middle of the city. Close to restaurants. But we really didn¿t spend much time in town as we went to other cities fir tours. Staff spoke English well, and was helpful. The lounge downstairs for guest provided coffee and water.
- Staff was very nice and incl bfast and upgraded us to a suite which had a nice seating area and incl a carafe of port wine. The bed was comfortable and firm however only 2 pillows ( most queen beds now have 4 pillows). Room was dark tho.

- Bed linen. Froze , would have given anything for a duvet
- The breakfast could have provided better selection.
- Room was dark even with all the lights on in the suite. Looking into another room it looks like they are upgrading and brightening the rooms.

Really beautiful hotel in a fantastic location for Lisbon city centre. The room was lovely as was the rest of the hotel (bar, breakfast room, etc.). But the highlight for me was the staff, who were really welcoming and helpful.

Good location - close to everything in Lisbon. Walking distance to a lot good restaurants. Excellent breakfast.

It was not soundproof enough, I could hear someone coughing throughout the night really bad and I couldn’t sleep
There was a separate place at the lobby to unwind, with 24-hour free coffee, tea and water. A lot of sitting place where groups can bond for a nightcap. Breakfast spread was good too.
No self-service laundromat in the hotel.
Great location, quiet area as well. Their breakfast buffet is fab. Their lounge area is also spacious.
