Pros +
- It was a last minute booking and it was a discounted price. The location was excellent.
- We liked the hotel a lot and it was comfortable and very nice.
- I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Lisbon. The location is absolutely perfect — central, convenient, and within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. What truly made the difference was the staff. They were incredibly kind and supportive throughout my stay. Unfortunately, my wallet was stolen during my trip, and I had to unexpectedly extend my stay. The hotel was very understanding and flexible, allowing me to extend my booking on a daily basis while I sorted everything out. That flexibility meant a lot during a stressful situation.A special thank you to Bernardo, who went above and beyond to help me source and arrange a daily trip — his kindness and professionalism were truly appreciated.I’m very grateful for the warm hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
Cons -
- There was a problem with the water, so they moved us to another hotel from same category which was not near the level of this hotel with outdated rooms and not so comfy beds. So in 3 days we had to change rooms 3 times.
- Despite the good windows, the management doesn't care about noise. The ceiling soundproofing is poor (or nonexistent), and conversations on the floor above can be heard. The toilet cistern dripped once every two seconds. This sound is very annoying. The air conditioner control unit (inside the wall in electric box) hums noticeably. The sink drain is almost completely clogged. I don't understand why - either the lazy maid doesn't wash her hands and doesn't know about the drain problem, or the lazy manager is skimping on calling a plumber.
- I was not comfortable with the heating, as the room did not have a radiator and relied on warm air.

Perfect location. Clean room, coffee machine inside the room, good coffee.Bed was perfect, real king size, perfect mattress.Good soundproof plastic windows - its quite rare in Lisbon city center.Nice (but quite light) breakfast included in the next cafe.

I really liked the staff — they were kind, supportive, and always willing to help. The reception staff stood out for their friendliness, professionalism, and excellent support throughout my stay.

it was spotless and beds were so comfortable
the hill up to it
Great location, near to everything in the centrum. The staff is very friendly, and helpful. The room was clean, a bit small (though for only 2 nights was ok for us), it was quiet and warm enough for us. Nearby there are good cafes and restaurants (even local ones!). We did't have breakfast so cannot comment on it.
Our room was (not too) small. As a result there was not much space to store clothes and luggages. Given that we were there only for 2 nights, we didn't need much space. I can see how it may not be too comfortable if you have more clothes or luggages.
Loved the decor. Very retro. Breakfast was exceptional and cafe was very cute. The staff was excellent. Charming, polite and professional.

Great location, clean facility
Room too small for the price paid
The property is clean, and a great location, and above all the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

This Hotel was fabulous - location could not have been any better. Perfect neighborhood - close to everything without being in the dead center of all the shops and restaurants. Quaint and cute, and so clean. Beds were extremely comfortable and the water pressure was amazing. The staff was friendly without being overbearing, and the breakfast options were delicious and easy.
The ONLY negative in our opinion was the street noise - our room was located on the busier of the two streets (the hotel is on a corner with one quiet street and one busier street). We preferred the windows to be open for air circulation, but the street noise didn't allow it. Even with the windows closed, we heard late-night truck and car noise (and a midnight religious parade!) pretty clearly. However, part of that is likely just the architecture of the older part of the city; the hard surfaces (i.e. tile facades) and narrow steep streets don't do much to dampen any vehicle noise, unfortunately.
Location is great
Room 302 window did not close tightly which made the room a bit noisy. Suggest to include a coffee and a pastry in the fare. The 15 eur breakfast too big. Just a snack is ok.
Set breakfast was good quality and quantity was good and sufficient Location was great but a bit too much ups and downs of the street. But it was very central and close to everything.
A bit more salad will be good for breakfast. Room did not have kettle nor teabags. Asked receptionist and they provided with one, so that was good.
Central position but quite ,reception staff all very helpful at all times with all those little things one needs good size working shower and a comfortable bed ,and internet television coffee/tea facility Pancake Eatery opposite and very nice restaurant for breakfast below and all day menu ,take a minute to look at Roman excavation in building basement opposite.
Honestly can’t think of anything for a place at this price range
The property is very centrally located within walking distance of many Points of Interest! It is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful: Rafaela was awesome as she checked us in, gave us a lot of pointers on where to go eat great Bacalhao and pasteis de Nata, and helped us with our luggage as well as followed up with my future reservation!
Great location staff was TOP SHELF especially Rafaela… ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A/C was not the best
Great location, great breakfast and very comfortable room which was great value for the money.
Excellent location, within walking distance to all main attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast options, and possible to arrange breakfast boxes when checking out early in the morning.
We enjoyed our stay very much, so these are just minor comments. A kettle for making tea would be a nice touch, in case someone is not a huge fan of coffee. We also felt there wasn't that much space in the bathroom for storing toiletries and hanging towels. Otherwise - perfect!
Very well located, clean hotel. Check-in was quick and check-out is late (at 12h) which is very convenient.
Breakfast could be improved for service and food quality. The menu is a bit confusing and the staff was slow, not good if you need to catch a flight or are on a tight schedule. A buffet option or just ordering at the counter on a limited menu would be easier and faster.
