Pros +
- Location! And it offers parking
- I had a fabulous stay at the Art Legacy Hotel in Lisbon. The accommodations were lovely, and the location was excellent — central to so many things. Breakfast menu had great selections and were delicious! The staff were all wonderful and attentive, and I especially want to highlight Ruben, the fantastic bartender, who made incredible drinks. What truly stood out was how the team went above and beyond to make my 50th birthday special, with handwritten notes and thoughtful treats left in my room throughout my stay. It was such a personal touch that meant so much.I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat!
- The whole experience was the best that I have had in my many, many years of luxury travel. The staff were wonderful, pleasant and helpful. The food excellent. Everything was done with a smile and care. Always with a smile. I will be back.
Cons -
- Nothing. I loved it!
- I’d love to see some vegetable options at the breakfast
- The room was smail and the tub not practical for a shower, water spilled everywhere, and being on my 70's it was not easy to get into the tub, it is designed beautiful but not practical.

A stylish and cozy hotel in the city center. The stuff was amazing - love the WhatsApp communication, a walking tour. The team was very responsive and super helpful!

A truly special experience at Art of Legacy! From the moment I walked in, I felt something different about this place — a warm welcome, a cozy drink to start, and even a warm little surprise waiting in the room. The decoration is stunning — every corner, every corridor, and every floor has its own unique color and artistic touch. You can really feel the “art” in every detail! Nothing to mention
Staff was excellent - friendly, helpful, cheerful and attentive - especially Joao Martins, Tomas Serafim and Hugo. Location was PERFECT. Hotel is beautiful, well appointed, first class amenities and exceptionally clean. Food in restaurant was above expectations. Hotel decor was edgy, surprising, fun and fresh.
The size of the bedroom portion of our room. It was VERY small, especially with our luggage. Walking around the bed was uncomfortably pinched between the foot of the bed and the wall with the television. We had a Deluxe Double with a City View. Room 204. We were there for 4 nights, so we felt the size of the room more than we would have in just 1-2 nights.
Nice location, perfect service, interesting design
Room is extremely small. Too small for 2 people. No Spa. Parking is not at the same building which is little bit confusing. Restaurant is overpriced. No vegetables for breakfast
Design, service, location
The check in is overwhelming they want to explain where the design is from and talk to you like you’ve never been in a hotel before when all you want to do is get to your room and rest
Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The property itself is beautiful, and the staff are exceptionally welcoming and attentive, always ready to go the extra mile to make your stay unforgettable. The location could not be better, with everything you need close at hand. The hotel is perfectly splendid in every way. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back next year!
Centrally located. Lots of restaurants and bars near by. Staff was excellent; very hospitable. Room was very comfortable and very clean. Service was outstanding.
The staff made the stay exceptional! They gave great recommendations and were always there to lend a hand. On the night of checkout they asked if we wanted a to go box for breakfast the next morning since our train left bright and early which was a wonderful touch.
The only thing we did not like was how dark the rooms were. Blinds open during the day made it a non issue but at night the rooms were very dark and hard to see when looking for items.
The staffs are so responsive and respectful. Reacted on any probable problems right on time. Customer service and care: No. 1
The regular rooms are a bit limited spaced, make sure to pick the right size of the room.
We traveled with our baby for the first time. Spent a few days in Lisbon. The staff and the hospitality were exceptional
Great staff and location. Nice clean small rooms
Bed Blanket was too thick, so either I was too warm or had to remove it and got cold
Our stay at the Art Legacy Hotel was truly delightful. The hotel is located in the heart of Lisbon, in a very convenient spot near the subway and within walking distance of historical landmarks such as the Santa Justa Lift and Praça do Comércio. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the friendly front desk receptionists, who were eager to assist with any questions we had as first-time visitors to Lisbon.Although our room was slightly delayed by about 10 minutes, the staff quickly recognized the mistake, apologized sincerely, and ensured everything was handled smoothly. A special thank you goes to the facility manager, Joao Martins, who went above and beyond to make everything right for the rest of our stay, we truly appreciated his professionalism and care. The staff’s kindness, professionalism, and deep knowledge of the city made a big difference in our experience. We felt especially lucky to be the only guests who received a complimentary city tour arranged by the hotel. Our tour guide was both knowledgeable and friendly, which made our visit even more memorable.Breakfast was wonderful, with plenty of variety to choose from. On our last night, we were treated to homemade lemon tea prepared by Manager Martins, a thoughtful gesture that ended our trip on a high note. The hospitality at Art Legacy Hotel set a new standard for any hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Thank you!Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The housekeeper did an amazing job tidying up daily, making sure we always returned from a long day of exploring to a fresh and welcoming room. Next time, we’ll be sure to book a bigger room.
