that i paid extra for a river view room and when i got there it was a view on a parking lot. the rooms were very hot and impossible to sleep in and when asked for an AC they replied that i needed to upgrade to a suite in order to get an AC which was an additional cost.the rooms weren't clean and sometimes wouldn't cleaned for a few days even when directly requested.not the friendliest of staff

The hotel is very clean , the staff are very friendly and helpful , the view is amazing It was an exceptional stay

The stuff was friendly and helpful.The room’s design is pleasant and the bed was comfy.

1. Very poor sound proof window from outside . You can hear the train passing and cars stopping and accelerating at the stop lights.2. The food in the restaurant was burned and tasteless. Not expected at the price level the restaurant charges- not recommended.

Beautiful architecture. Spacious rooms, wonderful terrace.

Clean and great service. Also conveniently located to many major tourists spots.

1. Pool is chargeable and NOT for families (or anyone under 16), hotel hid behind the “we don’t run the spa line, so not our problem” 2. Breakfast was chaos, we were shown to a dirty table with dirty plates and cups still left on the table, furthermore at 10am there was no food left and nothing was being replenished (this was a Friday)..3. The restaurant (dinner) is very over priced, €200 for a meal for 3 with 2 glasses of wine. 4. Others have written about housekeeping and we agree, it’s not up to standard and on one occasion our room was not made up despite leaving round 11 am. 5. This is overall expensive compared other hotels and much less value.

Although the Hyatt is slightly out of the centre, it's not a problem as right outside the door the E15 tram takes you everywhere you need to go and within 15 minutes you are in the centre of Lisbon. The area itself is lovely, down by the river and close to the LX Factory, where you will find lots of amazing restaurants and shops. If you take the tram in the opposite direction you can visit the stunning monastery or change onto the train line and visit the beach. I can't recommend Lisbon and the Hyatt Regency enough. Gorgeous rooftop bar (a bit breezy when we went up but that can't be helped), the staff were absolutely delightful. We got upgraded to a suite when we arrived. It's quiet, clean, lovely staff, great location. This was my second time visiting and I'll definitely be returning and recommending to all my friends.

Very nice hotel. Close to many of the cultural and historic monuments (Belem, Jeronimos, Discovery monument...) and at the same time close to city center. Fantastic rooftop with view on the bridge and best place for sunsets while sipping a Cosmopolitan.

Spa and swimming pool for a fee...

Thank you! This is not our first time staying at this wonderful hotel. This time the staff responded very quickly to a special transfer request at night. We are very grateful for the care and hospitality!
