- The staff was excellent.
- The location is perfect. The staff is friendly and useful. Comfy bed. Breakfast could be better but not bad, just basic.
- The location was great, the metro station is only across the road. Plenty of shops nearby.
Cons -
- My room smelled of sewage. When I mentioned this to the staff, at the end of my stay - I should have said something sooner & maybe got another room - the staff said the smell was unavoidable based on the location of the room and the pipes. Yuck!
- Nothing to say.
- In the otherwise good bathroom there is very little place to store our personal belongings.

Good access to metro, clean, nice hotel
Very good location: a metro station nearby. Still a quiet surroundings. Polite staff, nice breakfast in a pleasant dining area. The room was basic but well-equipped.
In the otherwise good bathroom there is very little place to store our personal belongings.
Clean, friendly staff, excellent location
Nothing really
Comfortable beds, a quiet location but easily accessible to everything via the metro
The hotel has a great location, making it easy to explore Lisbon. Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
comfortable hotel, good value, few restaurants around but most importantly right next to Metro station
Very quiet location, good access by metro (and train), polite stuff, very good hygiene, perfect breakfast.
· The mattress was very comfortable.· Tea and coffee were good.· The room temperature could be adjusted easily.· It was very quiet throughout the day.· When we arrived late at night around 11 pm, we were able to rest until we wanted the next morning.· There was enough space and a table, which made it comfortable to work with my own laptop.
· Breakfast was an extra charge, and since I don’t eat much in the morning, I skipped it.· The hotel doesn’t have its own parking lot, but I was able to park the rental car for free on a street just 2–3 minutes’ walk behind the hotel.
Cleanliness, fantastic staff who are very helpful
The breakfast!!! Please change it.. you can’t eat the same thing
I liked the stay. Clean and comfortable. Highly recommended as it close to most amenities.
Horrible experience
A 4 stars hotel without internet was a first. Internet was not working, i complained to the staff who didnt do anything. Complained to booking.com that didnt do anything. I went on a business trip, so having internet was crucial, so i ended up booking another staying on the other hotel next door. Horrible experience
Great Location, clean room, housekeeping everyday, friendly staff, definitely would recommend and come back.
It was a little cold in the room and the breakfast could use an upgrade
Perfectly clean, Great location, attentive staff, good size desk in room.
all good
Easy to find, it seems to be in a good neighborhood
Room is small
This hotel is in a great location — right next to the metro entrance. There are two large grocery stores nearby. It takes 15 minutes by metro to reach the city centre and 25 minutes to the airport. The rooms are large and well maintained.
The rooms are always clean, comfortable and calm. The location is also excellent: it is very east to reach at from the airport, close to metro stations . There are some very nice restaurants and local cafe shops on the same street as the hotel.
Nothing that I didn't like.
Very nice and very clean, easy commute anywhere, helpful stuff
