The staff and location

We were moved to another hotel because our floor had some type of problem. Our room was small and uncomfortable. The bed was terrible.

• Excellent location, very central and well connected to public transportation• Hotel looks nice from the outside• Staff were kind and willing to help• Reservation team was very supportive and flexible with last-minute changes• Breakfast was good and sufficient, even though the selection was limited

• Rooms are old and outdated• Very poor sound insulation – loud door noises and hallway conversations, especially at night• Doors are extremely noisy and can wake you up• Beds are very uncomfortable; mattresses caused back pain and muscle tension• Rooms and bathrooms are small and feel worn out• Furniture is old, including wardrobes• Limited or no pleasant view from the room• English communication with staff was generally weak

I got two bedrooms hotel room at reasonable price as we are family of 3 people and two bedrooms helped!The location was awesome , close to downtown and near metro station. We visited during Christmas period and there was nice market. The Ferris wheel near Marquês de Pombal, Lisbon, is the main attraction of Wonderland Lisboa, a large Christmas market held annually in Parque Eduardo VII (Eduardo VII Park), just steps away from the hotel. All the tour buses have stop at the walking distance. The breakfast was really good and room was cleaned daily during our stay.Great value for money.

Breakfast has limited options for kids. No fried eggs were offered, no pancakes or waffles . Room is too small

Nice location, close to so many restaurants and shop. The food was good .

Make me pay for water , not the one in the mini fridge the one they left on the dresser. I book for me and kids i expected the room to be next to each other not on the other side of the floor .

Excellent location. Very close to a Metro station making it a great staging point to the tourist spots. The breakfast was excellent as well. Balanced nutrition that can fill you up through dinner.

The AC was not doing it's job. It was fall weather so tolerable at night. At summertime, that will be very unpleasant.

Staff couldn't be more helpful, breakfast is lovely, hotel is very clean, beds are very comfy

we had a mishap where maybe the hotel had overbooked but put us in a very small room without a view, when questioned they managed to change this to the room 2 days later to the room i had originally booked with a view

Interior and bathroom amenities are tired and worn out. Blow dryer did not function.

Great location, Walking distance from Metro (Train) Station. The Breakfast buffet was outstanding, the staff was courteous and friendly

For me fine. My friend is not good with steps or carrying luggage. There were young employees at the front door to assist. Very helpful.

Kind staff, nice clean facilities. 2 minutes from the metro station, 3 minutes from one of the most luxurious roads of lisbon. Good breakfast and hot water day and night

One of the staff was rude and she was insensible and insensitive with me AC is not cold at all

We particularly appreciated the central location of the hotel, which allowed us to reach the main attractions of Lisbon either on foot or with very convenient metro and bus connections. The staff was always kind, professional, and attentive to every request, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials for a pleasant stay, including efficient air conditioning and a quiet environment despite being in the city center. Breakfast was abundant, varied, and freshly prepared, with both sweet and savory options, giving us the perfect start to each day of exploring Lisbon.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. Everything met or exceeded our expectations, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the services provided.

The location is the best part of this hotel. Beds were made everyday Shower was good. Beds were comfortable.

The third bed added to an already small room made movement impossible and was a hazard. The sink would clog as soon as you turned on the water. The ambulance located right outside the hotel made sleeping difficult.

Location, breakfest, stuff, clean

Noise , the windows are not so good you can hear a lot of noise from the street, one bed for the kid was in fact an extended chair that was very unconfortable, was sleeping very bed in it

Very modern hotel, helpful staff… We had connected rooms as requested and they were very convenient for a family with two kids.
