Pros +

Outstanding location. In a very nice area. Near the train, metro, bus stations. I loved the shopping mall, Vasco da Gama. Very nice restaurants and nice grocery store in the mall. The owners were very helpful and friendly.
Location to Oriente station is great. And close by were a couple of good fun restaurants.

Cons -

We tried to find the hotel by ourselves and it's difficult to locate because the street signs were very confusing.
