Lisboa Central Hostel

Everyone was nice and kind, they even served us food for dinner most nights. I definitely recommend!

location, price, nice staffs, very clean hotel and they always offer something small to eat and drink for free. I didnt have time to enjoy the breakfast but other people told me that it is excellent.

Nice place to stay in Lisbon. The staff were very friendly, location was great, it was clean. Breakfast was okay.

Supper friendly and welcoming staff. We were welcomed with Ginja shots. There's a possibility to get a parking spot in a private garage. Comfy beds. Good shared kitchen. Good location. Breakfast.

The room looked better in a photo. Bathroom is small and uncomfortable. But the worst thing was that we slept very poorly, because at night someone slammed doors loudly. Overall, the neighbors were quiet and respectful, so we hardly heard anyone through the walls, and people tried to close their doors quietly. But two nights in a row, someone decided to slam doors at the same time, slamming everyone. I want to be wrong, but I soppouse this "someone" was a staff member as there was a staff room located just neaby the room we stayed in.

The Receptionist and the guide were very welcoming and provided comprehensive information. A welcoming small drink and tapas was much appreciated. It's a very clean hostel with friendly staff who make every effort for guests to have an enjoyable experience.

The hostel has several bathrooms, comfortable beds, lockers, good location and amazing staff.

Property has a good location with access to Metro. Property has 24 hour access. So arrival and departure is made quite easy. Staff are helpful and always available at the front desk. The property provides breakfast and it is reasonable although the same every morning. The option for laundry service is also good. Availability and access to showers and toilets are plentiful.

Since the property is a 24 hour hostile, it is difficult to get an entire night sleep without interruptions of noise coming from new guest at any hour of the night. The facility has very limited fresh air coming into and through the common areas, and particularly the rooms. Common hallways and bathroom, bathroom shower facilities have no air ventilation. The entire facilities air is constantly wet and humid. This property is quite popular and the common use facilities, such as showers and bathrooms could use more freshening up and cleaning throughout the day and evening hours. It is again a 24 hour facility.Unlike other hostels where I have spent more than one night . I received fresh bed sheets. At this property, I spent nine nights and only received fresh sheets one time. I found this not to be acceptable. I was rented a towel for three euros and expected to use the same towel for all nine nights. The overall condition and keep of the facility did not make me feel comfortable during my stay.

There was not a table, shampoo in the shower. Room was very hot. Loud noise when doors are closing.

Everything great. Fantastic staff, great breakfast including hot pancakes and espresso drinks. The stairs to access the upper bunks instead of a ladder are a very nice touch to make it more comfortable. The location is out of the touristy areas which I like, and there’s a metro station 3 minutes away

It's not that central if you wanna walk

The shared room was very spacious and there were so many people of all ages and from many different countries. The free breakfast helped to facilitate conversations.

Limited bathrooms without paper towels.

The breakfast was very good and the freshly made pancakes each morning was a nice touch. The staff was super and the bathrooms , showers & toilets were kept very clean.

There is almost nothing to complain about. Many hostels have a nice outdoor area to sit, whereas this hostel only had a small dark courtyard, but given the location of the hostel I understand why a nice outdoor area is simply not possible.

Comfortable, well located, nice staff

So many shared rooms (movie room, diner room, etc.) The staff is great! Didn’t make use of the activities but they did have enough to join when you’re a solo traveller!!Breakfast is available from the hostel. If you prefer your own breakfast they have space to store this in the kitchen. There are 4 fridges available and a lot of storage shelves for bread or anything else. When I’ll visit Lisbon again, I would go here again for sure ?Thanks to the staff for the nice first expirience in a hostel!

everything about this hostel is wonderful! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the location is perfect, the facilities are well cared for in the beds are comfortable. Tomas the manager even coordinated with a local town police department to communicate to me that they had my last wallet that someone had turned in. A true lifesaver! ?

I stayed in a 4 ppl dorm room and the room was spacious. Staff are so nice as well:)
