Breakfast was better than expected. Close to metro station. Room had refreshments like coffee, water.

The manager of the hotel was super helpful, found us a room last minute during electricity shortage in Lisbon. The best experience with hotel staff we had. The hotel itself is also very good.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The location was amazing. The room was clean and cute and the little pool was charming. Unfortunately, I slept through breakfast so I can't report on that. I wish I had booked my last night in Lisbon there as well. Well worth it.

The room is good, clean and well-equipped. I like the bathroom.

Easy to walk around the city.

For us too many people just hanging around. No one really bothered us. But was a bit uncomfortable. Many homeless. Very sad to see.

Location is great, really close to tram and metro stations, a lot of restaurants, cafes, pubs very close by. Room was nice and clean. They store your bags for free.

Excellent location near the metro and a walking distance from the city center. Very friendly staff. You can leave your luggage for a few hours until your flight time.
