The location is the best. Very close to everything. The room is spacious and we were welcomed with a bucket with two local beers ( very good)

Very nice studio room with plenty of space.

It is not a “hotel.” No onsite staff and security is dependent on guests choosing to close doors that are accessible from the street. I found them open multiple times. Rooms are high tech which is great if you are comfortable using these things.

Location was excellent. The place was very comfortable. The staff was easy to communicate with and arranged our taxi to the airport

Breakfast was great, except there was barely a cup of coffee. The room was nice and very clean.

I would have liked a bit more coffee. Also, there really wasn't any place to eat the breakfast. I basically kneeled next to the bed to eat.

We could have been received better. No Reception area that we ever saw. The person on staff did not give us good directions. Getting someone on the phone was a challenge as reception in the room was non-existent. The room had no table, no chairs, and a loft that was unsafe to access, the TV/sofa locations are uncomfortable and the loft was hot.

$35 for a basket breakfast with cold coffee is not a good deal.

The room was not anywhere close to what is described in your photo album. No table, no chairs, an unsafe stairway to an awful setup for a TV/Sofa, which was way too hot

The staff were quick to reply and accommodate our needs. Walking distance to everything. The facilities were clean, the beds comfortable. Wonderful coffee shop/restaurant across the street.

Nothing. The accommodations were near perfect.

Location, cleanliness, size

Not that we didn’t like it but could be improved with another chair, a small table, an additional garbage can besides the small one in the bathroom and more towels etc. not a big deal but just some suggestions.

Easy access and close to Time Out Market and trains.

Floor was loud, and creeks every time. You could hear upstairs when people were walking, so I’m sure they could also hear us from downstairs.

I chose it because it was close to the station.

The owner contacted us and said they would greet us when we arrived. We had let them know our arrival time in advance, but no one was there to greet us when we arrived. A resident who happened to have called an Uber opened the door for us, allowing us to enter the building. No one showed up, so while we waited, they contacted us via WhatsApp with the room number and remotely guided us to our room. When we arrived at the door, we couldn't get in because we didn't have the key. Since no one showed up, we had no choice but to ask the room cleaner to open the door for us and let us in. This was the first time I'd ever encountered such a rude owner. I would never recommend this accommodation.The toilet and bathroom were very small.

Very nice decor, very clean, bed was really comfy, breakfast was really nice, location was great. Loved that the windows opened and I had a nice breeze and lots of fresh air

It was in a great location. Very clean, staff were great. Easy to get around the city.

The location around the city center and close to pink street

The staff should be more present. They were there to greet us but never been seen since. At times I got in touch and did answer me on what’s app but at times got no answer. They were not to helpful when asking advice. Also something very basic like ONLY 2 rolls of toilet paper?? It is the first time ever that I have seen that. These are basic needs.

Location

It is not a hotel. Communication was through WhatsApp and texts response was prompt. A gentleman met us when we arrived and then we saw no one in the building for the two days that we were there. (We were on the sixth floor). The bathroom floor and shower were very , very slippery. There were no grab bars and no shower mat. There was no railing on the entry stairs.

There was an oder in the room. I believe the problem lies with the toilet drain pipe, which has allowed gas to reenter the drain system.

The property was exactly as described and wonderful. The studio was spacious, had excellent AC, and was in a prime location. The hosts kindly accommodated an early check-in, which—if you’ve experienced the Lisbon airport—you know was a true blessing. The welcome beer was also a nice touch. I would stay here again

The room is huge, very clean, very well decorated and has good quality supplies. The location is the best! Near to most attractions, metro, markets, great restaurants, cool bars... perfect. Good communication with staff by WhatsApp also.

The hotel has no lobby and no staff member stays there. You must go straight to the room. What could be extremely inconvenient when you arrive earlier than check in time. They don't have any place for you to wait. Same thing at the check out. They provide though a locker for luggage, in another facility down the street. But if you are carring lots of luggage and a kid, it is just nothing pleasant.

Comfortable, Noisy, but good with windows closed. Host was great.

amazing room, so much more spacious than what i had imagined, especially the huge bathroom. check-in was a bit confusing as you check in in another hotel, but the staff was super friendly and carried my things to the actual hotel (just a 2-minute walk). they also helped with city recommendations. the room is very modern, has automatic shades, and the windows are amazing - you would have never guessed that the street right below was packed on a friday night as we heard nothing inside the room. amazing soundproofing from the street although we could kind of hear other guests on the same floor. the closet is large enough for two suitcases and there is also a fridge with beverages and snacks. water and two beers were complimentary, the rest incurred a charge outlined on a menu. they also provided free earplugs which we never felt we had to use. an elevator is also available. between the staff, the room itself and its location, i am so happy we found this place and would recommend to anyone.

the only complaint i can think of is the shower - there is no shower door, just a very thin curtain, so water escaped every time we'd shower. a shower mat towel was provided but very quickly became soaked with water so it was cold and wet every time we stepped on it.the room is also directly adjacent to another room and connected with a door; thankfully, no guests were staying in that room during our stay, but had there been guests, i'm positive we would've all been able to hear each other move around and speak.
