The breakfast was great, a small buffet with eggs, oatmeal and coffee to order from a small menu. The eating space was great - various seating options. The pool is so cool like being in a rain forest. The location right off Avenida Liberdade meant it was quiet yet close to everything. Buses and metro steps away. Barrio Alto a short hike up.

Everything about the hotel was very good. The staff was friendly. They offered a great walking tour in English. The have yoga room and a tattoo studio! Maybe if they could fit a tiny workout room, maybe that would be a great add. Wonder if they could have a little roof garden. I’m really reaching for improvements.

Well located, really comfortable, amazing made to order breakfast, and great facilities with pool and yoga onsite. Staff js super friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Everything about our stay was absolutely outstanding!The hotel is beautifully designed, at a great location - close to everything in Lisbon. Super clean, calm, intimate, and it truly elevated our time in Lisbon.The staff was exceptional! warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. Every interaction with the staff felt personal and thoughtful, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay.The atmosphere, service, and overall experience were simply perfect - 10/10 !We had a fantastic time and felt completely taken care of throughout our visit. Honestly, nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Location is perfect, all attractions is around 15 min walk. Hotel staff is the top of top. Warm and welcome, breakfast is wonderful and delicious. Thank you for helping for the train ticket booking.

Exceptional staff. Very friendly and approachable and nothing was too much trouble. I asked for more water for the room and that was supplied without question. I also wanted a kettle as I like herbal tea before bed. Again, that came up very promptly. The guest liaison manager, Vera, messaged me in such a friendly way and booked our restaurant for the night. Furthermore, the breakfast was super, with the very best, freshest and most vivid selection of tropical fruit I have ever seen.

I have traveled all over the world and this is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Their pool area is insanely beautiful, shrouded by lush green foliage and a serene environment. Their breakfast is outstanding and the staff are phenomenal and kind. The design of this hotel is unparalled. The rooms are comfortable and there are so many wonderful finishing touches to the place that make it worth the cost. I cannot wait to go back!

Gorgeous boutique hotel with lovely friendly happy staff.As we were visiting to celebrate my birthday, we were thrilled to receive an upgraded room and happily surprised to find a complementary bottle of fizz along with chocolate gateau and pastel de nata in our room waiting for us.Such a wonderful start to our 4 day trip to Lisbon.We will definitely return, thank you so much.

Wow. everything. It was my second stay here. Staff is energetic, authentic and welcoming. Room is comfortable. There’s a pool, great food, great bar, amazing location. What more could you want?

well… there are some peculiar and sneaky steps to get into the the entry lobby of the property. Potentially hazardous if you’re not paying attention.

OMG that place was perfect! The interior design is amazing. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are friendly and speak perfect English. The restaurant deserves a separate mentioning. The dinner menu is exceptional. It isn't cheap, but the quality and quantity is worth every penny!

The restaurant menu is fixed depending on the time (breakfast/lunch/dinner). It's a standard practice, but if you skip the lunch because you are busy with something and get hungry at 5PM you have a choice of starving for 2.5 more hours, or get a salad/sandwich which are much inferior than the dinner menu.
