Memoria Lisboa FLH Hotels

The hotel really made me feel at home. The restaurant where we had breakfast seemed to be open 24 hours a day; you could always find coffee, water, and cake. The staff were friendly. The location was also great.

The staff were fantastic! Had great recommendations and were very helpful when I was looking for things to do. I was solo traveling for my birthday and they remembered and wished me a happy birthday at breakfast!

The balcony and the views were amazing. The room was extremely comfortable and clean, and the staff were amazing.

The TV was smart but didn't have internet access, which made it impossible to connect it to Netflix or other streaming services, which made it impossible to see sth different from local TV in Portuguese.

Smoke alarm early in the morning that was triggered by a smoker.

The cleanliness of the whole hotel was a ten , the staff was amazing and so helpful. Everyone was very nice. The free breakfast was delicious. I am recommending you to a travel agent friend . Location was on spot.

The staff is helpful and understanding and they have very good English. Nice simple breakfast, good clean rooms, and a comfy bed.

We faced the street, which has a lot of noisy activity until after midnight. Try for a room that doesn't face the street and you will be happy. Even so, we slept well with some white noise.

The hotel was a 5 minute walk from the center with authentic old world Portuguese charm.

Beautiful rooms and decor. Our room had a lovely balcony. Everything tastefully decorated, large rooms, very accommodating staff. Great, central location but quiet and comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast in a stunning setting.

The fact that we had to use our key card to access the front door systematically (very minor inconvenience and absolutely the only thing that is not 100% perfect)

This hotel is so wonderful! The staff, the breakfast, location, cleanliness could not have been better. We chose to stay in this standard room facing the street upon our return to Lisbon for our last night. It was small, but no complaints, and was of course less expensive than the beautiful deluxe room we had on the fourth floor with the amazing view where we had spent our first four nights.

We could not have asked for more.

I loved this hotel the staff are amazing nothing is too much trouble. Very relaxed boutique hotel. Very quaint and great location. Continental breakfast very good always fresh and regularly restocked as soon as anything gets low

This is a beautiful hotel situated in the historic district, conveniently located to restaurants, sights, and transportation. Even more importantly, Giovanni and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, help us with transportation, and answer any questions we had. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide array of healthy choices, great coffee, and fresh squeezed orange juice. We could not have asked for a nicer breakfast to start our day! The Memoria Lisboa certainly lived up to their FLH (Feels Like Home) acronym and made our experience in Lisbon a memorable one.

Everything was perfect, we could not have asked for a better experience. No improvements needed.

Wonderful hotel in a very convenient center location, which is close to all the attractions. Very nice staff. Giovanny was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, providing very nice suggestions for the trips and restaurants. Very good breakfast. Parking garage across the street ( 20 euros for 24 hours).

The location was terrific, walking distance to so many excellent restaurants and sites, including the waterfront. Breakfast was a great array of choices, all good, and the dining room was open all day with coffee, water, cake, and cookies. The bed was comfortable. The desk concierges were helpful and spoke perfect English.

The hotel room was small and did not have a chair to sit in.

Cool historical building. Very cleanly renovated. Room was spacious with nice view and A/C. Location is very good. Very close to St. George Castle. Nice that they have complementary pastries and coffee available all the time.

Bed was kind of low to the floor. Breakfast was ok but no cooked meat just cold cuts. Couldn’t even make fried eggs. No fridge in room. Pretty darn expensive.

This was our absolute favorite stay during our trip. The bed was so comfortable, bathroom is beautiful and the check in was seamless. Staff was friendly and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The hotel offers refreshments during the day which was lovely to come back to after walking around the city. Our room was spacious and very clean. The location of the hotel is excellent. We were sad to leave.

The hotel is in a great location near lots of different landmarks. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

The location is amazing - and the hotel creates a feeling beyond feeling at home - more like the home you wished you had :) From the design of the rooms/ to the incredible breakfast - it’s a true experience to stay here The staff were incredible and very helpful for anything we needed over our stay It is undeniable that the next time we are in Lisbon we will come back for another stay !
