I’d emailed the hotel before travelling due to being a light sleeper and our original flight being moved to an incredibly early one and the team couldn’t have done more to help make our stay perfect. Our room was incredibly quiet with no noise from neighbours or the outside - so much so we were struggling to wake up in a morning! Breakfast was fresh, well maintained and full of delicious treats to start your day. The fresh homemade juices were a real treat. In the afternoon, the hotel provides tea, coffees and homemade cake which was something we loved making the most of after a full day exploring and before heading out for dinner. Tomas was a real star for us and is a credit to the hotel! Thank you to everyone for the hard work that goes into this - we’ll definitely be back.

Very clean, mini bar available. Great location. Staff were 100% great. Friendly and very positive. Kept our bags before check-in and even after checking out. Great overall.

Everything was great! Would have been nice if the smart TV had Netflix available. Apart from this minor thing, everything was top notch.

The location is really impressive - the center of the tourist part nearby with the main attractions.There was also a comfortable bed and a nice updated bathroom, although the building itself is an old part of the city.The breakfast is somewhat modest, but tasty and enough.

The room is slightly smaller than it appears in the photos.

The location is very good, in the city center- The staff is very friendly and eager to help.

The hotel is in an old building so we had some issues with the noise from the other rooms. When our neighbors had a shower it made a loud noise.- The room had a weird smell.- Being in the city center, also it's not a quiet neighborhood.

Awesome location, great staff, good breakfasts. There was a small issue with a leaking sink, but it was fixed promptly the next day.

The hotel was simply amazing. Our room looked exactly like in the photos, and everything was spotlessly clean. One thing I would especially like to highlight is the service. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, offering great recommendations for nearby places and assisting us with every issue we had. I can honestly say this was the best service I have ever experienced. Special thanks to the whole team. The breakfast was very tasty—not a huge variety, but everything we needed for a good breakfast.

The only downside of the hotel was that our room was very humid. For example, after taking a shower the room started to smell quite musty and the air felt heavy. The situation improved when we ventilated the room by opening a window. Of course, I’m not sure whether the humidity was affected by the weather, as it was also very humid outside and it rained every day.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff made it even better. Check-in and out process was smooth and recommendations from the staff were on point. Great place to stay.

Amazing location to walk around the the city and see all the major sights. Also surrounded by plenty of good bars, restaurants and cafes. Very clean hotel and incredibly friendly and helpful staff.
